Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath villa (first-floor bedroom and bath) on the 11-mile lagoon in Palmetto Dunes. Close to the Dunes House with a beachside restaurant and bar. The General Store is just around the corner, they have a great reputation for breakfast and fried chicken for lunch. Take advantage of the Dunes Buggy, a shuttle service that will deliver you to the shops and restaurants of Shelter Cove in season. The villa has just been updated and features an open floorplan with all-new flooring, lighting/ceiling fans, vanities, ungraded trim, kitchen features, and upgraded baths. New dining room table that seats 8 along with new living room furniture to relax in after a long day of adventures. The exterior has a two-level deck that sits right on the 11-mile lagoon, great for viewing birds and other wildlife. Each of the bedrooms has its own bath and a private balcony overlooking the lagoon. The bunk room has two bunk beds with a twin over a double bed, perfect for hosting a large group. There is an office space in the loft in case you need to work while you are here. There are games, puzzles, and books available to enjoy a little downtime after your outdoor activities. The beach and the Dunes House are just 5 minutes (400 yards) from the villa. You can also relax in the large pool area for swimming and sunning. This villa was just what we needed to take care of our family of 7. It is such a beautiful setting in Palmetto Dunes, right on the lagoon. We saw water birds and an alligator! The beds were very comfortable, kitchen pretty well stocked, nice living and dining area. Only a couple of blocks (5 min walk) to the beach access. Wonderful paths for walking and biking! I would definitely rent this unit again!

We had an all too brief stay. The property was great and just as shown online. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The dock overlooking the lagoon was the selling point for us and didn’t disappoint!

We loved our stay in Hilton Head. The condo is super close to the beach and pool. Back decks were nice to relax and enjoy the wildlife. Property Manager Thomas was wonderful to work with. Prompt responses to questions prior to our arrival and during our stay.

House was awesome. Perfect for our two families of 4 to stay. The place was clean. There was a ton to do while staying in this area. The villa was just steps from the pool and it was nice and shaded for when we had too much sun from the beach. The beach toys, beach tent and bikes were an added bonus while there.

The condo was well equipped for family fun. Beach toys, chairs,sun cover and towels. The condo slept the eight of us comfortably. Nice sized BBQ Grill. However it was lacking basic condiments (salt, pepper, coffee and sugar). We thought there would be some other staples available such as oil, vinegar, other herbs and spices. A sponge and more kitchen towels would be great.

We all said that this villa was one of the best places we have stayed while visiting Hilton Head. We loved being right on the canal and seeing wildlife. We were a quick walk to the beach and to the general store. The villa was immaculate, beautifully decorated, the perfect size, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

It was as if the whole unit had been remodeled and we were the first to stay in it, it was that nice! Also loved having a balcony for every bedroom. Close to the pool and walking distance to the beach and general store. Will stay here again!

We loved the condo and it’s location. It was quiet and the wildlife lagoon side was special. The proximity to the beach was great. Only criticism is the linens supplied. We only used one King bed and the sheets were very poor quality. I washed them each week and another set would have been helpful. The towels were flimsy and not very absorbent. Other than that we were delighted.

We loved everything! A short walk to an amazing beach. On a beautiful canal where we could sit and watch nature including, birds: egrets, herons, osprey , anhinga, cormorants . Plus deer and alligators. Three bed rooms and baths to accommodate everyone! My 90 year old mother stayed with us, the main floor bedroom was perfect for her and she walked to the beach everyday! We are looking forward to our return trip next year. It booked fast so we had to be flexible on our dates for next year but we found it perfect for our needs.

Property was ideal for our family; very clean and updated. Communication with Host, Tom, was easy; he was very responsive. Having high chair, pack and play, and baby gate provided was definitely a plus. Loved the balconies off each bedroom. Short bike ride or walk to beach, Alexander’s restaurant, and courts. Beautiful weather was A Bonus. We plan to go back.

This property is roomy, beautifully decorated, and centrally located—just a short walk to Dunes House. Communication with the owner was excellent. We felt very much at home here with our children and two grandchildren, and I would not hesitate to rent again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The property was everything it said it was and conveniently located to everything. We walked to the pool, beach, pickle ball, pro shop, restaurants, general store and more. Kids had so much fun and can’t wait to come back! We stayed here for 2 weeks and found it was easy. With decent size kitchen, Lots of cooking items - could use a few more pans though, good sized refrigerator and full size washer and dryer , it was much like having all the conveniences of home. Just a block and half walk to beach. Close to general store, golf and tennis! With nice size living room, 3 balconies and 3 full sized bathroom it had plenty of room for our family and dog. We had issue with the upstairs a/c on night, so left our host, Tom, a msg. He had someone out to repair it the next afternoon and met them so we didn't have to be there. Tom also answered all my questions very quickly prior to our stay. Highly recommend and expect to be back!

We came to Hilton head for a family wedding at the Marriott and needed something close… we loved it !!! There is lots of things to do right there on one hotel circle !! And the condo is right off of that, you can walk from place to place. We highly recommend this condo and we will be back!!! The owner is great to work with.. Thank you Thomas!!! Lecia
