Every detail from the décor and well-equipped kitchen will ease your transition onto island time. Dual living areas and en-suite bathrooms will ensure that each guest is entertained in style. Bring or rent your bikes to explore and find out if you can discover all the hidden treasures Edisto has to offer. Take advantage of dining al-fresco or simply cooling off after a long day in the sun on the ground-level patio or the expansive covered deck. The screened porch offers a front-row seat on the lagoon to relax with your favorite book or cold beverage as you take in the abundant wildlife like herons, egrets, and turtles. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway then look no further. Enjoy one of Wyndham's three pools, fitness center, playground, and Putt-Putt, all for an additional fee. Please see Wyndham Activities Center for prices and passes for these amenities as well as restrictions with motorcycles, boats, trailers, and golf carts. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Wyndham amenities are available for purchase at the Wyndham Cafe, but there is no guarantee due to limited passes per day. These amenities include access to three pools, tennis courts, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground and beach cabana. This unit is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort: No boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's or golf carts are allowed inside of the resort. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We had an extremely nice stay here with a large group for 6 nights! We were there for the Whoyouwhit fishing tournament benefit to raise mental health awareness. The place was in a great location and was well stocked, clean and spacious! Would definitely recommend! I would book it right now for next year but we don’t know the dates of the benefit yet.

Lovely home and location! The layout of this home is perfect for a large extended family! Two separate family areas, large kitchen, very clean! We will definitely go beck!

My family came together from 4 different states. We had a fabulous time! The layout of the house was great for our group of 12. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook each night. The house was very clean. My family enjoyed the extra amenities at Edisto too. We saw lots of wildlife including deer right in the back yard. I highly recommend Pappy’s Pad.

Great house with older kids because of the two upstairs bedrooms and living room. All of the home is lovely with comfortable beds and ample seating. We love having a screened in porch. Two things need to be updated as they are incorrect in the description of amenities. There is no gas grill. There is a charcoal grill. There was no use of the lift/elevator. It was padlocked and when I called to ask about it was told that it was only for use by the owner. I believe that should be corrected and updated as we had expectations of these amenities. I must say that this was the cleanest beach rental we have ever enjoyed. The creek in the backyard was a bonus for a little fishing. Great home.

The house was amazing! It was easy access perfect location to accommodate what we wanted to experience. The house was Stocked with everything you need to cook with. We all loved the comfy beds! Paddy’s home was great, my friends & family really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean & we absolutely have nothing but praise for the home. The community or I should specify more the HOA for the community is very very restrictive. ***Absolutely NO BOATS, NO MOTORCYCLES or GOLF CARTS are allowed on the property, the gate guards will not allow them or you on the property with them. Even though a company whose right outside the gate rents golf carts, the community will not allow you to bring them on the property!!! With that said, if you are just driving a vehicle & don’t plan on riding a motorcycle or bringing a golf cart or boat. It is an amazing place. However, if you do plan on bringing one of the recreation vehicles I mentioned. They won’t be allowed on the property.
