It wouldn't take much to bump this up to a better rating. Patricia was quick on communicating with me with a small issue that was quickly resolved. The price was right for what we needed for our stay in Bradenton. There was a strange odor when entering the room. Not sure what it was. If your on a tight budget, this place will work for you.

This property was clean and just as advertised. There were cars in the driveway making it impossible to park there so we just parked beside the driveway in the grass. There is a small table and chairs right outside that I sat at with my coffee and a book in the morning.

The spot was great for accessing IMG academy, and basically any store or restaurant you could think of was within a 10 minute drive. The location of the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. The room has a private entrance, a mini fridge, & microwave with all necessities like utensils, plates, bowls, coffee mugs. The space felt very welcoming overall. Would absolutely recommend to travelers to the area.

The room overall was very nice. However we were under the impression that the rental was a small house. This ended up being a small room in the back of an occupied house. And the parking was in the yard.

It was a perfect place for a short stay in Sarasota. A nice size room and a the bathroom had a great walk-in shower. The kitchenette worked out very well for my microwave meals. Patti is a perfect Vrbo hostess.

This place was perfect for us even as an extended stay. It was clean and safe in a convenient location. The host Patty is such a kind and sweet lady. She accumulated us with everything we needed. We plan to return in 2023. So happy with this experience.

We stayed at this VRBO while visiting the area for a wedding. It was the perfect place with all of the same room amenities of a hotel (mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, wifi, full private bathroom, and comfortable bed). There is also a private entrance. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great location close to beaches, shopping and golf. Seemed like a very safe neighborhood.
