Very clean, spacious well stocked property. So nice that teens had their own space downstairs, but still enough room for us all to be together upstairs. We will stay again when we return to Omaha.

Clean and modern. Really well done property. Nicely located. Be ready for city noises or have some ear plugs if you aren’t used to them. Really loved this place.

It was very clean and very homey. Very easy to navigate and enter the home. Also extremely welcoming. We will sure be coming back!

The apartment is very current and clean. Everything looks new. There’s lots of room with master bedroom/master bathroom on ground level and an additional 3 beds in one room and another full bathroom downstairs. Would be great for a family with a few kids. TV’s in both bedrooms as well as living room. No cable but there’s Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, ect. Well- stocked kitchen and beautiful washer and dryer. Central air works great. The only thing I was a little put off with was the “dingy” neighborhood and having to park on the rather busy street. It’s near Old Market but I wouldn’t say walkable. We drove each time . The way you would have to walk is pretty run down in my opinion. If you’re used to a city environment though it may not bother you. I’m just not used to it being from a small town.

Everything was wonderful! There was a lot of room, it was nicely updated and decorated, everything was easy, the amenities were great. I would absolutely recommend it to everyone!

Myself and 2 kids, stayed for a couple days. Really cute townhouse. Fully stocked with kitchen items and soft towels and extra everything. Tvs everywhere, lol. No neighbor noise, some traffic noise. Parking was easy. Either right in front or across the (one way) street; low traffic street not a worry at all. The kids loved the basement situation. We walked to the Old Market a few times. scooters are plentiful for the adventurous.

Some friends and I went to the CWS (College World Series) over a five day period and found our stay to be perfect. It was close to Old Market area and to the baseball field. It also has a few cool little pubs a block or two away that we enjoyed. We walked downtown, took lime green scoters, or if needed there are tons of Ubers to take from the ball field to the property with minimal cost. The host was excellent...very friendly and responsive.

Andrew was easy to communicate with during the stay from start to finish. This place was exactly as stated in the listing. We had an excellent stay! The location is perfect if you are wanting to hit up Old Market and a short drive to other parts of Omaha. We would recommend this place for a short or extended stay! Overall our entire experience was superb!
