Venturing out will be a breeze, especially since several of Nashville's top restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. Be prepared to have it all when booking a stay at The Maxwell.  Layout:  This gorgeous 3 level home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a rooftop deck for outdoor entertaining. The main level is complete with a living space, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and powder room. The upper level is complete with 2 master bedrooms that each have a king bed and en suite bathroom. There are 2 additional bedrooms; one with a single queen bed and another with a queen over queen bunk bed. We have provided a queen size air mattress if you need a bit more sleeping space, too. There is also a gorgeous rooftop deck complete with a grill, fire pit and sitting area.  Parking: There is plenty of parking in the driveway, but if you need more space you can park on the street for free. The garage is not for guest use at this time! House Rules: During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.  Rental Policy: It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
