My husband and I had such a wonderful time. This rental was a true vacation home. Everything was super clean. Bedrooms were perfect. We were automatically transported into a zen state of mind just by walking through the front door.

Everything was great except the downstairs toilet makes a lot of noise while refilling. WiFi was sketchy when watching tv. Went in and out.

This house was super cute. Very well located, steps away from the beach. Bonus was that out the back yard was a coffee/breakfast shop. Short 15 min drive to historic downtown St Augustine. We would stay here again!

Rented property for visiting friends for a week. Property was clean and well equipped for family vacation. The location was perfect within walking distance to beach, food, local shopping, and entertainment. I would definiatley rent again and recommend to others.

My family and I had a great time at this property. It is in the perfect location, walking distance to the beach and a coffee shop right outside the back gate. The managers of the property communicated quickly and it had everything we needed. We will for sure be coming back. Thanks for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay. The duplex was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to restaurants and an easy drive to historic St. Augustine. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

We stopped here on our way home from Miami (after a cruise). It was perfect for us and our 2 daughters, 12 & 15. The location from the beach and restaurants was great. It was a short drive into St. Augustine to view the historic town. We enjoyed the outdoor areas as well.

This property was exactly how it looked online.. Short walk to the Beach and Restaurants. I loved the outdoor shower perfect for when coming from the Beach...Owners responded quickly with my questions.

Perfect spot for our two nights at St. Augustine Beach. We came as a little getaway to try to do a little surfing. Location was awesome. Easy walk to the beach. Coffee shop just a few doors down. Taco stand that was amazing was a two minute walk from the house. Just everything was easy Peezy. And the house was very comfortable. It was me and my two teenage boys. Plenty of room for all of us. And very clean! We shall be back! Thank you!

We had an absolutely lovely time at this property. We were 2 couples and the size of the home was perfect for us. The home was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. The property manager was very responsive and communicated promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this unit last June. This time the weather was much better. Last June it was very hot! The unit was clean as always. It's in a quiet neighborhood just 2 blocks from the beach. Good food is within walking distance. After last visit we recommended that the owner relocate the driveway light. It was, at that time, installed above the porch and in between the 2 units. It activate (after dark) every time the wind moved the canvas/plastic unit divider on the porch or if we moved slightly while just sitting there. Very annoying! The owner removed the fixture and installed new ones at each corner of the building. Thank you!!! Also after the previous visit, we mentioned that the porch door latch was broken. It still is, unless it was fixed and then broken again. Although the porch (is) on the 2nd floor, I think guests would feel a bit safer if that latch was repaired. I know we would. Anyway, we could easily return to this unit in the future. It is a great place to just decompress.

The property was very nice and clean, loved the location , walking distance to beach , local cuisine, and beach themed shop stores, would and will stay there again… the only thing I wish it had was T.V. ‘s in the bedroom… other than that the place is absolutely perfect !!!!!

The listing matched this property perfectly! Nice outdoor space, very clean, and convenient to the beach/downtown. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Deck door did not lock unfortunately, we had some delays in return communication regarding the issue, but did not pose an issue to us and was to be fixed our check out day. Would stay here again

Walking into the property, we were happy with how clean and cute it was. There were two of us, so the space was perfect. We really didn’t have anything negative to say. What we did notice was that there was no washer and dryer which wasn’t a huge deal; however, we did want to do laundry so that could have been the cherry on top for this place. It is a duplex so, you are staying right next to ppl, but we didn’t hear any noise from the neighbors unless being outside. Even then it wasn’t disruptive. All in all, we really enjoyed the stay and the couch was super comfy lol. Brandi was also very accommodating and answered all of my questions quickly. Everything went very smoothly.
