Welcome to Cimarron Lodge 27, an AvantStay home! Enjoy a great location! This ski-in/ski-out two-bedroom, two-bathroom home has a prime location between Lift #7 and the San Miguel River - making it the perfect spot for summer and winter vacations. Guests enter this second-floor home from an exterior walkway that is accessible via stairs. Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed into a large living space with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a flatscreen TV, Roku, DVD player, and views of the ski slopes. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for two and updated appliances including a microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, Crockpot, and dishwasher. The adjacent dining room seats four. There is a bedroom and bathroom located at the rear of this level. The bedroom has a queen bed and the hallway bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a large vanity. The master suite is upstairs. It has a queen bed, double bed, TV, and a great balcony with seating overlooking the ski area and Lift #7. The ensuite bathroom has a large exterior vanity and single sink with an enclosed shower/tub combination. The Cimarron Lodge is a true ski-in/ski-out property in the town of Telluride with great access to Lift #7. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. *Home Truths:* - There is no A/C at this property. - Complex amenities include two outdoor hot tubs, gas grills, a complex laundry room, and a private ski locker. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - This home has access to a communal hot tub. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. Parking Details: The building has an underground parking garage with one parking spot available on a first-come, first-served basis. A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / Queen bed Bedroom 2 / Queen bed & double bed --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. Business License: 021144

The best aspect of the condo was the location. The unit itself was dated, but comfortable. The beds and comforters were comfortble. We weren't aware that there is no washer and dryer until the day before check in, but this didn't pose a problem. Little things need attention, such as: the robe hook in the master bath was detached and under the vanity; the sink stopper was broken; there were no Ziploc bags or aluminum foil.

This cozy home was located in the perfect spot for a walk into town along the creek. The hot tubs were very nice after a day of hiking.

Property was great! Not at all thrilled with the long codes we had to use to enter/exit our rental unit, code to enter garage, and code to enter laundromat. There must be a better way for those of us who want to get away from the stress of memory on vacation!

Cimarron Lodge 27 was an ideal place to stay for two couples (including two Imogene Pass runners) enjoying a long weekend. The space was immaculately clean, and the location was fantastic with short walks to central Telluride and the gondola. We would be very happy to repeat our experience next year!

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and spacious. Plenty of kitchen items. There is a coffee maker and French press, but we had to bring our own coffee (no problem). Beds were comfortable, with humidifiers provided. The furniture and bathrooms are a bit dated. This wasn't an issue for us, and prob why the overall cost was cheaper than other updated properties. Location was awesome. Literally a 2min walk to Lift 7. The free gondola was about a 10min walk along a pretty river trail. Telluride town center was a 15min walk away. There is a grocery store 4min away. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property was exactly as pictured. Plenty of space for 5 of us. The kitchen had all of the basics and we had enough amenities to make our stay enjoyable. We did not spend a ton of time in the property as we were exploring Telluride. This is in a codo facility but it was very quiet and nice. We did not use the hot tubs but they seemed nice as well. 10 minute walk from the "downtown" and the gondola. Views from this place were spectacular all around.

Location at the bottom of Lift 7. Ski out, but not ski-in due to run closures (early season). We had to ride the gondola down and work hard to pole on a trail along the river to get back to the unit. This unit is close to the old downtown area. We did choose to drive to grocery and dinner due to cold and ice on the sidewalks. This area better fit our family , than the Mountain Village scene. The unit was clean and met our needs. Having the kids upstairs, separate from us, was optimal for us to wind down. The unit is dated, but it met our needs just fine. The kitchen was adequately stocked, enough linens were supplied and the place was comfortable. The management company was outstanding, responding to my questions via text immediately.
