We welcome guests from all over the world and every walk of life with the goal of making everyone feel welcome, comfortable and respected throughout their stay. We are just minutes to Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, historic Lewes and the natural beauty of Cape Henlopen State Park, and right next door to a wide array of great dining and 130 tax-free outlet stores, and many other activities and attractions. And on top of it all, Mar Bella does its part to protect the environment with 32 kilowatts of solar power, solar water heaters, recycling and other carbon offsets. The Coral Reef Suite consists of a pair of coastal-themed bedrooms connected by a short private hallway and private ensuite bathroom shared by both rooms in the suite. It's on the second floor in the main section of the hotel with a self-serve coffee/tea bar close by. The first bedroom features a premium queen-size bed and a comfy reading chair. The second bedroom has a premium queen-size bed and seating area. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and double sink. Both bedrooms have 55" 4k UHD TVs with free Netflix, Max, Apple TV, AMC+ and HULU, as well as a mini-fridge to keep your drinks cool. We provide fresh linens, bath and pool towels and bath supplies, and even Mar Bella robes for you to enjoy. You'll have access to a handy online store where you can find beach gear rentals, snacks, drinks and other travel necessities. The Coral Reef is stocked and ready with everything you need for a memorable beach stay! All our guests have full access to Mar Bella's great amenities, including the large in-ground pool, our huge 11-by-8 foot hot tub, the unique Himalayan salt-walled sauna, a fire pit for evening relaxing, as well as hammocks strung beneath the pines and gorgeous outdoor seating and lounging areas all around the property. We have ample free parking for our guests, and an EV charger is available. You won't find a cleaner hotel in all of Rehoboth Beach! Your room has been scrupulously cleaned and sanitized by our housekeeping staff who follow a strict cleaning protocol. Unlike almost all other hotels we launder all bed coverings and blankets after every stay. You will find your room sparkling clean and sand-free, guaranteed. Prior to your stay your hosts David and Vana will send you your personalized Welcome Email which contains everything you need to know about the hotel and your room, along with recommendations for beaches, restaurants and things to do in the area. No children under 13, no pets.

I was looking for a rejuvenating, fresh change of space and experience and surpassed my goal at Mar Bella. The rooms were immaculate, simply but beautifully decorated and restful. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. The hosts were easily accessible if needed and cheerfully opened the hot tub or built a fire if wanted. A great experience altogether.

Mar Bella is a lovely micro hotel with all the amenities you could want. We visited for a 2 night getaway from PA so only a short 2 1/2 hour drive. We really appreciated all the detailed emails leading up to our stay, and the ability to do self check-in and -out. The pool and courtyard are so pretty and relaxing. We enjoyed the guest house feel, and being right next to the coffee bar. The only drawback - as with any hotel, your experience is somewhat dependent on your ‘neighbor’ guests. We stayed in the Coral Reef Suite which was perfect for myself and my adult daughter. Unfortunately we could hear every word the folks in the next room said. We’ll definitely stay again, but maybe try one of the rooms in another part of the building. Five stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We decided to stay at Mar Bella for Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time. We had the Coral Reef Suite. The property is very well taken care of, beautiful outdoor spaces, comfortable rooms & beds. Hosts were very nice and responsive. Location is very convenient. I would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Mar Bella. The exterior is nicely maintained and landscaped, while the interior has completely updated amenities and beautiful decor. The owners and services are great! My husband and I came from PA and our son met us from DC. The Coral Reef Suite with two bedrooms was a great way for us to spend time together, but still have our own space. The courtyard was so nice we decided to skip the crowded beaches and just spend the day hanging out by the pool and hot tub. We actually had the large pool to ourselves most of the afternoon. They also have two designated and very comfortable smoking areas, which is rare when traveling these days. They really have thought of everything to make your stay the best. Can not say enough good things about this place.

My adult daughter, and I need a place to get away rest and relax. We were looking for a place with an outdoor Jacuzzi. I stumbled across Mar Bellla online and discovered what we now call Jacuzzi heaven. The property is immaculate, welcoming, and well thought out in terms of accommodations and amenities. The backyard is a beautiful private escape with a wonderful pool, and a huge Jacuzzi housed in a beautiful open pavilion. A sauna is very up-to-date, clean, and inviting. The hosts are passionate about making their property a very special place to stay. We will certainly be back!

We had the pleasure of staying for one night at the Coral Reef Suite. It was the perfect accommodation for 3 adults; the King size bed room has a slide door for privacy. The memory foam mattresses were extremely comfortable and we slept through the night without hearing any outside noise, since the location is surrounded by just family houses. There were conveniently placed USB ports on each nightstand which was perfect to recharge our phones and to keep them at reaching distance. Our expectations were exceeded as there were many enjoyable tourist locations nearby which our hosts recommended. Overall, we had a great experience and a memorable visit to Rehoboth Beach.

My adult daughter and I spent 3 nights at Mar Bella. The accommodations were outstanding. The room had lovely decor and was very clean. The check-in and check-out was easy with no need to stop by a desk or get keys. The hosts had wonderful communication through email about all the processes and there was no need for further contact because everything was outstanding. The hotel was very clean and private and the location is right in the middle of Rehoboth with easy access to the beach, shops and many restaurants. The Coral Reef suite was perfect with 2 separate sleeping areas and a well-equipped bathroom. We appreciated the coffee, tea and water bar. The water dispenser was perfect for filling up my water bottle for a day at the beach. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to have the opportunity to return again!

We had a great time staying at Mar Bella for our family vacation. David and Vana are super friendly and always there for you if you need anything. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The house is located at a great location where you can access to Walmart for less than 4-minute drive, Rehoboth beach for about 10 minutes, Dewey beach for about 14 minutes with traffic. There are many great restaurants nearby. Our favorite is Matt's Fishing Camp. We also enjoyed the free concert on Friday and Saturday night. Overall, we had an excellent stay at Mar Bella.

We had a wonderful, unforgettable stay at Mar Bella. The Coral Reef suite is gorgeous and every detail is simply perfect. From the directions to get there, throughout our stay, until checkout, David and Vana were the best hosts I have ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure I and my two teenagers had the best experience possible, and we definitely did. I enjoyed their full coffee bar in the morning, Vana provided beach towels and everything else we needed for the beach, and at sunset David had a bonfire ready for the kids to make smores! They are such dedicated hosts who make everyone feel special. The place is beautifully decorated; every suite has a unique personality, and the whole place is super clean, peaceful, and quiet, but conveniently located a short distance from all Rehoboth beach has to offer. My kids can't wait to go back, however, it is also ideal for a romantic getaway. I highly recommend Mar Bella, a gem in Rehoboth beach I will definitely enjoy again.
