Mocama Brewery is just a 5 minute walk for a relaxing afternoon drink. The white sand beach is a 8 minute drive for a great day of fun and sun. Want a break from the beach visit historic Fort Clinch either by car or bike or take the free Trolley around town to hear its history. Everyday offers an opportunity to make fun memories....ENJOY!

We went down to Amelia Island for 5 weeks to get out of the cold in Maryland. It was wonderful and we plan to go back! The house was perfect for us and we could walk to town and most of the restaurants and bars we enjoyed. It was a great location and a quick car ride to anywhere on the island. We loved our stay!

This home is located on a great street in Amelia, close to the Mocama Brewery and lots of restaurants. Check in was a breeze, and the hosts could not have been nicer. We had some specific accommodation requests due to a wedding, and we messaged back and forth to make it work. THANK YOU for sharing our home with us! We hope to be back!

Enjoyed the property. Was just enough space for me, my husband and daughter. Weather was great to enjoy fenced in back yard. Would be nice if one of the rooms had a king size bed.

Nice new property. About a mile from downtown. Easy walk through a neighborhood if you like. We enjoyed our stay at this loacation! Host was super nice!

Very comfortable townhouse. Good size sitting room, kitchen and bedrooms. Nicely stocked kitchen. Place is great for a few days or a week away from home. Ideal location. No peach access but it’s only a few minutes away.

Cozy, nearly new property 4 mins outside of downtown Fernandina. Easy drive to both there and public beaches. Beach access is only 10 mins or less. Great location. Everything was clean and well kept. Just a good spot that we would definitely use again!

Perfect property for a visit to Fernandina. Convenient enough to walk to historic district but outside area enough for quiet time. We were in town for a family event in Yulee but wanted some time to see the area. It was perfect.

Since there's no photos of the bedroom on the main floor it was a bit of a surprise the bed is a murphy bed/bed in a box. However, the bed itself was very comfortable. The room doesn't have any windows but it's right off the kitchen and has a small private full bathroom. Space was clean and plenty of seating for our party size. The "driveway" is primarily sand/grass - unpaved. Plenty of parking. Fit 2 cars in the driveway and one on the side of the house. The bathroom upstairs is a jack and jill connecting the 2 bedrooms. Would def stay again - loved the location and neighborhood was quiet.

We enjoyed our two week stay in Fernandina. We wanted to get the feel of the neighborhood living near downtown and we did. Beautiful oak trees, a mix of old and new homes, friendly people, added to the charm. We walked to downtown a few times about 15 to 20 minutes. Nice restaurants to choose from. Our host was always prompt to respond and our home was well stocked to make meals. All the amenities are provided as stated in the listing plus some. WiFi worked great as well as smart TV’s. I highly recommend the home and would return. Thanks for the great experience.

The process was easy very clean and updated communication with owner was very prompt and accommodating very comfortable kitchen well supplied jack and Jill bathroom between two upstairs rooms backyard area still needs work really enjoyed our stay 8 blocks from downtown but enjoyable walk

Great weekend getaway

Fun place to gather for 4 adults. A bit of a walk to downtown, especially when it’s raining, but very cute, clean, well furnished NEW house, in an established residential area. We drove to the beach (5 -10 min), restaurants, mini golf, and visited Cumberland Island (40 min drive to the ferry). Would recommend to my friends.

We absolutely loved our stay in Fernandina. The house is so cute and in a lovely residential area! While not on the water, it was a very short drive to the beach and we were close enough to downtown Fernandina for walks/runs into town. The house was very comfortable and came stocked with several necessities that were a nice touch!
