About this bed and breakfast
This well-equipped, private, and unpretentious room has a private entrance and locking doors. The private bathroom is accessed through a hallway. The bathroom has some basic toiletries in case you forget anything. The bedroom has a desk where you can work while also having a great view of the yard. Keep your dinner “to go” box in the room’s mini fridge for a late night snack. You can wind down in the evening lounging on the day bed. The room is also equipped with a TCL Roku smart TV. You will be staying in a quiet, and gorgeous, residential neighborhood. It is secluded yet has easy access to shopping, dining, and I-465. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio before starting your day! There are numerous squirrels and chipmunks that frolic in the yard. If you’re lucky, you will spot a deer walking through the yards visiting the neighbors. ***** Age minimum: 25 years old *****

My husband and I just wanted a 2 day getaway of food and fun. The property was clean, cozy and convenient to everything we wanted. We also loved the neighborhood.

Great people to work with. They really helped me out of a Jam when another VRBO cancelled on me at the last minute. Beautiful neighborhood, close to town, clean, and private. Entrance in the back of the home. Nice off street parking. Bath is not attached, but never saw anyone in the very short hallway to get to it. This was close to food and gas and shopping. We loved our stay.

The house was very nice! It was clean, well kept and lit. It felt very safe for both my girlfriend and myself. The owner made the check in process super easy and was available to help as needed.

Peaceful quiet location close to everything on the North Side of Indy. Nice layout and easy to get to. I would have given 5 stars, but for me the day-bed was not the best. I recommend it.

The room was very clean & quiet. The bathroom is down the hall but we still did not see anyone in the hallway. Bathroom very clean & well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Very relaxing stay. I would stay here again

Property was well maintained and is easy access to the interstate and downtown Indianapolis. Room is exactly as advertised; single room with day bed, Roku TV, Microwave and fridge. The bathroom/shower is just down the hall easily accessible. There was plenty of hot water and shower head had good pressure. There were other rooms in the house that had access to this hall, but all those doors were closed and I did not encounter anyone during my stay. I could faintly hear the homeowner through the walls, but this was minimal during the entire stay. The neighborhood around the location is very quiet and nice. It seemed very safe with kids riding bikes, people walking their dogs and neighbors playing with their kids in their lawns. The property has motion activated cameras around the house. Overall it was a very quiet and comfortable stay and would re-book again if needed.
