Great room. Fantastic customer service.

Rude staff, the room was never cleaned during our stay and the trash was never emptied. We had to request fresh towels. The toilet was stopped up and made a horrible screeching noise at night.

The visit was good food was great the pillows in the room suck staff were very accommodating.I have an EV and they should expand the area for EV vehicles

This hotel was perfect for our needs.
Complimentary breakfast so we could get up and go, room was clean and comfy, pool was perfect after the long hot days, and distance to the ocean and restaurants were perfect.

The room was good, but the shower was very slippery to stand in. The water pressure was great though.

Nice room,but no refrigerator for our drinks and my wifes medicine. We got to the motel late after dinner about 8:30 and were surprised that there was no hot coffee or tea in the lobby. Would have been nice to take up to our room after dinner.Other than these few things our stay was pleasant and the associates were nice.

We would have appreciated an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall, we were very pleased with the abundance of space, kindness of staff, nice breakfast, and cleanliness.

Front desk attendant when I checked in very later on at night maybe 930-10 was seriously one of the best people I’ve ever met in my life. Hope to see her again someday when I come back to Juno!

The front desk staff was wonderful. Each person was engaging and intent upon making my stay pleasant. The room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast could use some upgrading.

Very clean and comfortable. The beach was just a short walk. Some of the main attractions were like The baseball stadium and the turtle hospital was just a few minutes away

The bed was super super firm. The comforter was super thin. The pillows were terrible Not trying to be critical, just honest. I have stayed in many Hampton Inns and I was a little disappointed. The room was clean. But it seems to be outdated. Parking is a bit of a fiasco. Location is good.

I liked having a balcony( not all rooms have one, of course it cost a bit more)
A bit misled by the photos to think the location was on the beach, however it is close enough to walk to, about 1/2 mile

The receptionist were very attentive and provided information needed about near by sites to visit. The breakfast was amazing with coffee, oatmeal, eggs, sausages, bacon and potatoes and different every day. Very well-kept exterior and interior.

I would recommend to everyone, especially a large family with a pet. Staff members were very attentive and courteous. In the words of my 7 year old son, “Dad whoever designed this place did a great Job”.

Mattress was uncomfortable and hard. TV didn’t work either. Check in person was short with her attitude when asked about extending our stay. But glad we didn’t.
