Beautiful balcony overlooks beautiful lake

Lovely view of the lake but difficult to access, refused to clean our room during 3 night stay, pool was freezing ice cold, kept up our last night with security and police in our hallway, doors slamming repeatedly, drug dealing, someone tried to enter our room.

When I tried to call the hotel prior to checking in no one answered. There was some banquet going on so there was no parking, I had someone trying to get into my room drunk after 2am, tried calling reception again no answer. Upon checkout I explained everything that happened and was given a discount on my stay but I was still not happy at all.

I stayed with a few class mates and they mentioned after looking under the sheets there were toenails and dog hair. The walls were not very nice as I expected. More expensive hotel for rooms that are not as clean as cheaper hotels... Perhaps a note for next time

Clean large quiet suite. Full size fridge, comfortable bed and sofa. Quality furniture. No bath tub, just a shower. Beautiful lakeside location and views from private balconies. Awesome!

Parking very convenient to where our room was

My room was great. We went to have dinner at the restaurant, dinning area a room set up as a dinning area Not very nice. Food was mediocre and over priced.
No Kleenex in room, had to ask for tp as well . I asked housekeeping, if I could have my bed made up and dirty towels picked up, the gentle mean told me I had to pay for that. Staff at night watched tv or in a huddle gossiping. Very disappointing! We had no Wi-Fi said something to front desk, nothing happened.

The bathroom was unclean & the water pressure was very low it was a beautiful waterfall showerhead but unfortunately what came out of it was only a drizzle. The staff in the restaurant was unaccommodating and inattentive was too busy socializing with friends.

Looked forward to hot tub with winter winds outside but not hot... Must've been broken. Very disappointed.

The swimming pool and hot tub were very unclean. We didn’t even swim here. It was so loud until about 3am we couldn’t sleep. I told the staff we were unhappy and the response was oh. We would not go back or recommend this facility.

Room was dirty. Hadn't been dusted. Crushed orange stuff on side of the bed. Dead bugs all over the floor

Love the balcony overlooking the lake, with table and chairs. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool temperature was too cold, though

You can’t get to the parking in front from outside in the back or other exits. The pool area was a strong stench of chlorine and chemicals

It’s rainy today otherwise we have a little balcony that would be so nice to sit on. The staff has been very kind. A room is clean and neat.

Staff was really lovely. Our room was on the bottom level which felt like a basement. The room smelled like wet dog. The fancy bathroom mirror was glitchy and wouldn’t stay consistently on. There was a ton of noise throughout the night.

Right next to the lake. Front desk personnel were very accommodating. It took a while to find my reservation (made through Expedia) but once found the service was quick. They apparently had two wedding parties that weekend so were swamped with people that had numerous questions. Got great room with a view.

This was an amazing place to stay. Very friendly people. The only thing that was not enjoyabke was the pool due to it being so cold.

The hotel was terrific and located on the lake. Rooms are beautiful and atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Casino in hotel was bright and clean. A separate smaller gaming room was available also for non smoking guests. Outdoor dining available with beautiful views and the restaurant staff was great! Definitely a wonderful option!
