I have had really good experiences with Sonesta in the past but I guess I didn't know this was like an extended stay hotel. People had dogs, you could smell people cooking. It was a pretty sterile suite environment. The recliner had visible worn spots on it. There was no lobby to speak. Staff was friendly. Would not stay in this line of Sonesta again now that I know what it is.

Hotel is suitable for a business traveler wanting comfort and no frills. When I checked in though, no towels in the room and I had just showered. Called down for towels and they said "you can pick them up at the desk". Really?
Also, room temperature is fine, but halls and lobby are sweltering hot. Appliances are LOUD. Fire alarm went off one night for over 15 minutes.

We come for alzheimers visit, plane arrives early, I called and checked Torre front desk about an early checjk in, no problem last few times....this time an unannounced 116 dollar charge for 2 rooms. Never disclosed.

The bed was clean and comfortable but overall the room was very dirty, like gross dirty. The lobbies smelled bad. Elevator was broken. Towels were clean and shower pressure was good but the bathroom floors, cabinets and walls were gross dirty. Carpet was gross and looked as if it wasn’t vacuumed in a long time. The service at check in and check out was very good. It wasn’t a cheap stay but I guess cheaper for the area.

It was an older hotel that could use some updates and the bed was not the most comfortable, but it did the job we needed it to for our one night stay.

While the woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the hotel did not meet our standard of cleanliness. The first room we were placed in reeked of smoke and had a dirty towel handing behind the bathroom door. They moved us to a second room which did not smell, but was also not super clean. The hotel is older and definitely needs improvements. Bed was comfortable and clean, but I would not stay again.

Good location and price. Front desk was friendly but the rooms were pretty gross. Very dusty and the filter in the AC needs to be changed. I guarantee there is mold because I woke up with a very sore throat and cough. The whole room just felt grimy.

Room was nice and clean. I love that is was a lot like a studio apartment with a stove top and a full size refrigerator. The only small issue I had was the toilet wasn't flushing that good.
Checking in was smooth going. The lady checking me in even recommended a place to get food.

The room was spacious with a living area, desk, kitchen, and bedroom. It felt better than a Sleep Inn, but maybe not as good as a Hampton Inn - in cleanliness and amenities. Definitely larger. There were some minor maintenance issues that didn’t really impact the stay but showed some age on the property.
The location is quiet and away from the busyness of the interstate. I could hear louder guests in adjoining rooms but not after about 9:30 pm so it didn’t impact sleeping.
Overall, it’s an above average hotel for the price point. Only 15 mins from downtown Nashville.

Showed up after checking in and there were 20 workers drinking playing bean bag toss in the parking lot taking up parking spots. Seemed like a recreation park instead of a hotel.

Besides of the immaculant service from their front desk agent Ms. Cooper, my stay outside of that was horrible! Being my first time at the establishment.The manager needs to learn how to talk to guests and the rooms needs more than a every 5 day clean as it was dusty and spiders was having a party in the tub... the bed sheets was a bit soil and it was just so uncomfortable. Didnt seem as if the air-conditioning worked( even though it said the ac was on a timer) wouldnt stay there again.

This is our first time staying at a Sonesta property. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome during our check-in! We loved that the room had a small kitchenette for cooking. There was shopping and dining within a half mile.
The only thing we notice was some of the furniture was old and rusty. The side doors to the building had tape on the latches, so anyone not staying there could walk into the building.

I kept having key card problems with the room. Staff was helpful and graciously moved me to another room, which also had key card problems. Everything else was fine.

The check in was very quick and easy. The staff that I encountered was very friendly. I liked the area where the hotel is located - very quiet and close to several stores and restaurants. Also, only 20 minutes away from the airport which was a plus.

For the price in this area, it’s a decent deal. Having a kitchen in a dog friendly hotel met our expectations.
The entire hotel needs a deep clean. Our room had not been vacuumed- there was trash left.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has longer term people staying there and the smell of cigarette smoke was present in the hallway.

The staff were very friendly, especially, the gentleman on the evening-night shift. Overall, the facility was clean but needs some updating and maintenance. The building needs better ventilation as it has a musty smell. The bathroom had no exhaust fan which left everything moist. The toilet seat was completely the wrong size (round seat) which made using the bathroom difficult as the seat would always shift and fall off the edge of the bowl (oval shaped). Despite the issues mentioned, the overall stay was pleasant and felt very safe.

This is a very unkept property. Never had room service for the 5 nights I was there, had to reissue key every night, kitchen cab were peeling, walls need paint etc.

My room had a sheet and thin bedspread on the bed. No blanket. I went to the front desk to ask for a blanket. The woman told me they didn't have any due to a staff shortage and that she was sorry. I was shocked. I told her that the whole point of a hotel is to have a place to sleep comfortably. At this point she offered to talk to her manager. A blanket was obtaining from a nearby property. It was bizarre. I felt like I had to force them to provide the bare necessities.

Chris and Kerrion (?) were both great at check-in as I got in early and they let me access my room. The room was very clean, plenty of space with a nice desk area. Kitchenette was simple but the refrigerator had an icemaker which was very convenient. Great location. Definitely a good spot for multiple nights.
