Really appreciate hotels with no carpeting in the rooms. So much cleaner. This hotel was just fine.

Breakfast was basically nonexistent unless you like waffles. That is all they really offered. The ice machine was broken but the guy at the front desk always got some for me.

It was terrible. The front desk was unfriendly and unable to speak English. He wouldn’t comply with my request to give me the part to hold the coffee in the coffee maker. When I went back to ask again he yelled at me “What do you want???” Then a maid came over and said don’t mind him he’s drunk and going to rehab. She got me the part for the coffee maker. Next day ice machine didn’t work so front desk guy got me some ice and said do you have to have it all??? I said yes!

Upon entering the hotel we found the lobby to be clean and bright. We checked in fine. We felt confident that we would have a pretty good stay. We received our keys and were directed to enter through the back entrance. As we approached the back door we discovered it was not a secure entrance. The keylock was broken and the wires were hanging out of it. Anyone could enter through that door. There were also some individuals hanging around that door by a sign labeled "smoking area). Terrible place to be smoking as guests are coming in and out of that door. At times there would be individuals there smoking pot. The hallway of the hotel had a terrible smell. We entered our room and found it dark and uninviting. We didn't have any shampoo or conditioner. The soap bars were just a sliver of a bar. It lasted one shower for 3 people. The bedding appeared to be clean but there was only a sheet and a thin blanket. We inquired about blankets. We were told there were none available. The shower head had a big leak. Water was going behind the wall and the paint was bulging with the leak. Our garbage can was dirty. We were surprised that Wyndham would put their name on this hotel. The hotel advertised free breakfast. After the first morning, we did not go back. All that was offered was cereal, tiny muffins, and coffee. We were very disappointed.

Ok for a night . Will stay again when passing

I rate this Cortez Super 8 a 10 Plus! Beautiful clean maybe new it was so clean carpet in hall. My room -115 - had wooden floors and n I dust anywhere. r had lots of pressure and max hot water was hotter than i wanted . Plenty of cold water to make temp perfect for me. King bed and 3 pillows all were wonderfully sleep inducing. Must mention though, in fairness to you. There were six steps to get from lobby to first floor. Attendant took my suitcase doen for aged me.

Our smoke alarm was down off the ceiling in our room. The breakfast was even worse than the first visit. The waffle iron doesn't work. There were no bowls for cereal. They ran out of coffee. The coffee maker in the rooms were missing the piece needed to actually make the coffee (overheard another guest mention the same thing) The same bags of garbage were still out behind the hotel where we enter and exit to our room. Overall a very bad experience. Does not bode well for Hotels.com

Beds were incredibly hard. When we walked out of our room to our card, there was garbage piled up everywhere. Breakfast was nice, though. Decent hotel... Just run down.
