Great hotel away from the busyness of downtown, but close enough to be convenient. Quiet area. Beautifully landscaped property! Comfortable room. Breakfast, although not included, was good!

The property was convenient ly located. The shuttle service made it easy to get around. The rooms and common areas were clean. The buffet breakfast could have been better.

Michele was absolutely amazing and was just above and beyond. Resorts public areas were great but the rooms I feel need updating and felt very crammed There were giant iguanas by the pool which were a bit creepy for me but I tried to ignore it

Staff very friendly. Condition great. Room clean and comfortable. Glad we got the pool view.

1st two days the room temperature was 80 degrees. Asked to move and finally on the 3rd day we were moved to a room that had a working AC. Housekeeping was done generally everyday but then the 5th day we were overlooked and had to request some clean towels. Flying into and out of the Keys is restricted and the terminal is a sardine can. They're building a new terminal but unless they do something with the runway length then the airport is restricted to smaller Airbus 319 and Embiar 175. Do not take the Miami flight back since it's a shuttle and if there are NOT enough passengers then Envoy Air which runs the shuttle back and forth to Miami from the Keys will just cancel the flight. This happened to us and several others, we receive a notice from American that your morning flight was canceled and now you're already at the airport and now a long 3 hour wait until the next shuttle back to Miami, then your connection in Miami has to be rescheduled which means you're not getting the the original seat on the following flight out of Miami. I want to personally thank Envoy Airlines for screwing up my day and following connection in Miami.Envoy Airlines flies Embiar 175's and is a subsidiary of American Airlines. They should of the courtesy of notifying the cancelation much earlier then already being at the airport. I would of preferred sitting in my hotel until the 11AM check-out then to be sitting in a lousy sardine sized terminal for 4 hours waiting for the next flight. ....

Good location - in bad need of renovation. Stuckin the 90's. For the price, it should have been in excellent updated shape. Employees were alway friendly & helpful and issues were taken care of promptly. ( our refrigerator was not cooling & it was swapped out right away , for example). Parking was plentiful without having to deal with dreaded Valet parking. Shuttle service downtown was comfortable and on time.
