The hotel is a bit dared but the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and it was located close to amenities.

Room next up had tv so loud . Walls so thin you can hear room next door arguing all night long at 4AM finally stopped arguing. Talk to front desk on first night wast told they knew lady was doing this for 2 weeks and multiple people had been complaining. The lady checked out next morning. Next night a couple moved in arguing from 9m to 4am and hotel desk didn’t even care to do anything about it they offered ear plugs. As far as breakfast cereal , toast ,Beagles nothing hot. To top it off no turndown service don’t care to clean room or give fresh towels. Will never use this hotels chains!! Super 8 NY Niagara Falls

This is an amazing hotel. It is so clean and comfortable. One of the best hotel.. for sure we will come back again❤️. Salute to all employees who are very friendly!

The staff is wonderful and accommodating. Polite and a fun group of people. The Manager Robert has been a great help each time I have been to the hotel due to my being handicap. Always present to help. The rooms are basic but well maintain. The breakfast brunch is always inviting and kept stocked and clean. Location is near places to eat and shop. My third stay this year. More will follow.

This hotel is located right near the outlet stores, walmart and target. Very prime location. 30 min drive to the walden galleria mall. Hotel was very clean and hotel staff were really nice. Breakfast in the morning had bagels, cereal and toast. Coffee, tea ans juices. Great way to start the day. Beds were comfortable and great nights sleep. Rooms look like they have been updated. My twins and I had a great 2 nights.

Worst stay ever, I paid 177.00 for 2 nights. No coffee in my room, then the second night neighbors kept me up All night. Come to find out it was the family of the owners.

The environment was good
However, there was no microwave and no coffee machine in the room.
I will strongly recommend these are essential, because not all guests can walk to cafeteria to have their coffee.
At least a coffee maker can be provided, if extra cost is
warranted.

Easy check in. Even at 1am after a Bills game. Room was clean, but smelled like cigarettes. Good location, quiet. Staff was very kind’

Walls were thin, you could hear the other rooms beside and above, and do mean you could hear everything!!! But staff was great, basically clean, rooms could of used a bit more dusting. But overall would stay here again

Good stay and everyone of the staff was nice only problem I did encounter was the person next door complaining my tv was too loud 2 nights in a row first night it was 7 at night 2nd night it was 9 at night they have a 10 o clock quiet rule as well which is absurd to me but hey it is wat it is other then that everything was cool.

The air conditioning unit had some kind of smelly fungus and made us all sick.

Comfortable beds and room. Breakfast is good. Staff friendly. Found a pill on the floor, dirt in most corners, multiple roaches in the kitchen, breakfast coffee cups dirty. Asked for a cleaning/refresh on our first night, and second day, and third day... still waiting. Nice place but not worth the price. Hot tub out of service.

I booked a 2-queen bed room for 2 nights. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable bed, 10minutes drive to Niagra falls state park. Cons: The housekeeping didn’t clean the room on day 2- so bit disappointed after coming back to room on 2nd day. Also, breakfast area was too crowded- and very limited options.

We booked two rooms. Both rooms were good.
One of the room smelled bad. But staff quickly booked another room.

For the most part it was ok and did the job. The bed was clean and comfortable and the air conditioner worked great and it was quiet. Issues were that the bathroom faucet handle was broken so you got nothing but hot water, the carpet was dirty and is in desperate need of replacement, there were long black hairs mixed in with the towels, the room had all of the stuff to make coffee minus a coffeemaker and the pool was filthy.
