Great place to stay , clean and safe

The facilities were great BUT the staff communication and response was poor causing undue stress and time waste …need to make people aware of expectation before booking and what is a true ammenity and what costs. Also do job right first time and keep your word and do the follow through when say you will vs customer having to repeat to make right …still waiting for them to keep their word

This is our third summer staying at Spinnaker. We love the property and amenities, such as the pools, ping pong, shuffle board, games, etc. and the layout of the rooms. Our number one complaint is the terrible wifi. We couldn't get cell service or wifi about 50% of the time. This may be a deal breaker for us coming back. When the temperatures are too hot to go enjoy Branson, we would like to have internet access in the room.

Great stay, loved the 2 bedroom suite, was very convenient for a family. Would loved to have had a towel bar in the bathroom, and the washer wasn’t very fast. We had a few issues getting back into our room with the key card, but after several attempts we got in.

Clean nice place with plenty Of Room For 5! Great pools!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was in perfect condition and had plenty of amenities and room for our family of 4. The kids loved playing shuffleboard and basketball and the pools were fantastic. We had a wasp nest on the balcony and maintenance came 10 minutes after we called to remove it. Would definitely stay here again!

Gated property, on-site activities every day, multiple pool areas

We really enjoyed our stay at the PVR. The staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean, and property was well maintained. Will definitely stay here again!

The one bedroom king unit was very nice and provided enough space for 2 adults and 2 children for an entire week nicely. The two tvs helped. The patio area for the unit even extended the living space more so and the unit was close to the pool. The w/d unit, though small, was a great addition and the refrigerator was large enough for all the food/leftovers for the week though it was a bit loud at times. Would consider staying here again!

Our family of 4 decided last minute to getaway for a weekend in Branson. We booked this resort on the way down & are so glad we did. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The pools had plenty of towels & the areas were very clean. We were also able to book tickets to area attractions at a discount through the resort. Our kids are already asking when we can go back.

Clean and comfortable. Great room. Excellent view. One bedroom deluxe in building 9. Good Price. Stayed over the Memorial Day weekend 2023.

I like the entire experience. Everything was great!!!

It’s a nice place BUT the beds are awful and the Wi-Fi worked half the time at best. They ask you to take the trash out but there was no trash bin in our section at all. We had to go back over to the main office and ask.

The kitchen is very small and has very small fridge and sink, the electric ranch has just 2 heating elements. Not enough crockery/ tableware for party of 4.

Excellent resort,very new and well equipped kitchen,our dilute one bedroom has everything we need suiting our road trip,the jacuzzi in the bathroom is nice,the outdoor hot tub open during Feb is awesome,definitely recommend!

First time staying at this resort. Our family booked a two bedroom condo over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were pleasantly surprised by our room. It was very big and spacious. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a jetted tub), living room, dining room, kitchen and outdoor deck. We enjoyed everything about our stay and will definitely book again in the future!

I've stayed with this property before. This time we had a one-bedroom unit, it was ok, just needed some updating. The kitchen was very inconvenient when it comes to counter space. In the bathroom, the tub is very high to step over into also so be very careful not to slip and fall. Also, it would be nice to have higher toilette commodes for taller people. Other than this, it's good.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Needed maintenance because tv wouldn’t come on and the maintenance technician came within a few minutes and quickly fixed the problem. All staff employees were very friendly

Great place to stay for families. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. Great to have a fridge, microwave and all the comforts of home!!! You can eat out, save leftovers and have them the next night.

The property was beautiful and in a great location off the strip. We couldn't have asked for a better room. The pool was in a building that we had to drive to, so that was a little disappointing. We got our best deals on show tickets at the resort.

Beautiful and clean property. Location was great. A plus was the activities the resort had for families.

Horrible Customer Service

Cleaning crew left dirty towels folded up and ready for us to use. Also, there was someones dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Walls and floors were very thin. Was woken up late in the evening hearing people talking.

It was great very clean and spacious. Close to everything!!!

Our room had a very noisy AC unit that clicked the entire time it wasn’t running. The bathroom floor had busted and loose tiles and grout coming up that was a joy to step on in the dark at night. The fridge leaked water inside making 2 shelves useless. The carpet was dirty and stained when we arrived. We were left with 1/2 roll of toilet paper and a note on the fridge said we should have two to tied us over until we bought our own. This was our second stay and the other building we had stayed in before was much nicer. We probably won’t stay here again after this visit.

This property is very nice! It’s a gated community & the guests were quiet. The housekeeping & grounds staff were noisy at times. The activities were lacking…even though it was 80 degrees outside, they closed all outdoor pools for the season. I don’t know what else was offered besides shuffleboard. Also, Expedia sold me a room that I was not booked into. I specifically booked this property for its accessibility & elevators. The staff was able to accommodate after some searching & switching, but please call ahead so you don’t have the same trouble. This is a large property & they have different building types, what you see in your reservation with Expedia is not guaranteed at check-in. The unit was very nice & felt like home. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you’d need, including baking dishes & many small appliances. Would definitely stay here again, but would call first to be sure!
