We were in town for a concert at the Giant Center, and took advantage of staying at the Fairfield Inn for 2 nights, and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options that were offered.

Clean, updated rooms, clean breakfast area. You can get free hot chocolate after hours. The only minus is the small size for TV, however this was not a issue for us, but may be for others.

Everything was very clean, staff very nice , my husband and I staid 1 night for road trip and the staff made coffee for us at 4h am, little attention that was very appreciated and professional, we will definitely go back!!

My brother and I stayed in 3 different Fairfield Inn 3 nights in a row during our travels and this one was the best to both of us. I loved the breakfast, I’d rank it 1st while my brother ranked it 2nd. This location had a ton of options for food in the morning which was great because I have dietary restrictions and could actually eat food and not just have a bagel with nothing on it.
Staff were very nice. Room was clean. Location was great. I think my only complaint would be the fact that the rooms only have privacy curtains not room darkening shades. The light that comes in makes it harder to sleep but that is truly my only issue with the property. There were A LOT of kids here due to us being near Hershey Park so breakfast was a little loud and not as peaceful of a morning but I don’t blame anyone for that.
Overall a really great stay. This hotel was a great location, great food, great staff.

Our room had this buzzing sound going off the ENTIRE night as well as a faulty AC unit. Walls were paper thin, and we were able to hear EVERYTHING in the other rooms. BUT it was clean and the room was nice even though our stay was just "OK" at best.

The staff were all very nice, and the woman who manages breakfast is an angel. The room was too expensive for just an average room with an average breakfast and a teeny tiny pool, no hot tub.

Great hotel! The location is close to Hersheypark, outlets, and other Hershey attractions. Overall the hotel was updated and clean. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Amenities were good. We stayed here for the free breakfast and indoor pool--we never got to use the pool but it looked like it was in good shape, and breakfast was good. Lots of options to eat. Overall I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

The clean new carpet really stood out both in the hallway and rooms, lovely. Our room was spacious and modern. The pool was very well maintained with a clock and soft music playing! Breakfast offered some savory egg,cheese,spinach soufflés and egg and Swiss English muffin sammies. My only suggestion is comfier beds, mattresses with a bit more firmness and support, also the walk in shower needs a really good grout scrub to get the orange soap scum build up off. I love the eco-friendly pledge with dispensers in shower and hope hand soap dispensers will replace the bar soap in the future.

We stayed for 3 nights and visited Hershey Park, the Turkey Hill Experience, and the Tanger Outlets in Hershey & Lancaster. We had a room with 2 queens and a small pullout (good for one person). The beds were comfortable and the extra "living room" area where the pullout bed was made it feel like much more space than a typical hotel room. The pool was tiny, but my daughter still very much enjoyed swimming in it. The breakfast was very good - lots of options and the hot food changed daily. We were never hungry again before lunch. It is about 5-7 minutes driving to Hershey and convenient to local stores and restaurants. We walked to the CVS and ordered delivery one night from a restaurant recommended by the staff.
Our fridge had a few items in it when we checked in, but otherwise everything was very clean.

Great location adjacent to Hershey Park. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great before hitting the parks. Room size was nice.

Great location if you’re coming to visit Hershey Park and surrounding attractions. Breakfast was the usual hotel continental style with a variety of options.
Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is that the sofa bed was twin size For our family of 6 needed a bigger sofa bed to fit 2 kiddies. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Definitely the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed, beds are comfortable, breakfast is nice, staff are nice.
The only thing I want to mention is the soundproofing is bad, I can literally hear the upstair people running around in the middle of night

Very polite staff. Close to all attractions, easy parking. Good breakfast, kids loved the waffles! Our beds weren't the best, but I think it was because we got a handicapped room.

This hotel was the perfect for our weekend getaway with the kids to Hershey Park! It was a 5 minute drive from the park, and it also offered a pretty decent selection as park of the free breakfast. I guess I always just expect the minimum when it comes to free breakfast, but they had a decent selection of both hot, cold and to-go options. The breakfast alone probably saved us a good $40 (estimating the cost for breakfast for a family of 4), so that was a great addition. Room was pretty standard and what we expected.
