This is an older, but very well taken care of motel.
Right downtown and across from the Royal Gorge Railroad. Plenty of stores and restaurants to walk to.

The inn was fantastic!!! I was able to have breakfast and peace and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the owner was pleasant.
The motel was right across the street from the railroad. That made it easy for me to just walk up to take the train ride.

Very noisy, thin walls loud neighbors, smell of smoke with people smoking outside the rooms, to close to road, construction noise early. Moved to different hotel

Nice, comfortable room. Heat worked and kept the room warm. Bathroom was nice. Wi-Fi was frustrating at best. I was about 4 rooms away from the front desk and it was spotty, and very slow.

This motel has been recently remodeled. The furniture and fixtures were nice. Bedding was quality. The only negative was the shampoo and conditioner were not good so bring your own.

Motel was very updated and clean. The free breakfast was perfect for our stay and the location was 100% everything we had hoped for. Walking distance to both the prison museum and the royal gorge train.

Adorable hotel, right next to Royal
Gorge train. Our stay was perfect, except for pillows need replacing in our room. We had so much fun in this area. Check out the prison museum & Nirvana for dinner!

This is a cute property with sweet little rooms, all well-equipped and clean. The owner is extremely helpful, professional and friendly. It is my go-to place to stay when I am in Canon City.

The owner was charming and very friendly. Room was exceptionally clean, beds are comfortable and the sheets were soft. Will definitely stay here again when visiting again.

Review is for 2 queen beds room. Nice sized room, enough space to organize stuff on floor, lots of lights, room bright, plenty of receptacles for charging or connecting electronics. Large table for computer with two chairs plus two other seats. Sink in same room as toilet and shower. Balconies with some rooms. Good presentation of continental breakfast with adequate choices of cereal, breads, pastries, and juices. Royal Gorge train station across the street. Wi-Fi very good. Parking could be a little tight and may be difficult to park next to room if you get in late and hotel is full. Definitely a good value and would stay there again if in area.

Wonderfully located across the street from the Royal Gorge train depot and on the same route to the Royal Gorge amusement park, it is a great hotel in the perfect spot!

This was our second time staying here and we love the location to downtown and the ability to walk to dining and hang out areas. Always clean and the breakfast is really good with a sit down area as well

Had issues with the TV receiving the wifi in room #2; there is no cable, only streaming; the wifi signal in that room was inconsistent to nonexistent. Pat moved us to another room the next morning, no problems with the TV there. Thanks Pat! The breakfast options are pretty limited, mostly carbs, no bananas, and ran out of yogurt with the staff saying they had a hard time finding some items. WalMart is full of yogurt.

This little hotel is always exceptionally clean. Parking directly in front of the room is convenient. We love walking 1/2 a block and being on Main Street. The owner is nice and will try to accommodate any requests. Breakfast has good variety. A pleasant stay!

We only needed a place to stay for one night and this place worked out great. The building is older, but has been renovated and is very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

The Parkview Inn and Motel in Canyon City, Colorado was exceptional!!
It was comfortable, clean, convenient and close to all of our needs during our stay.
Our host, Ilamena, was especially accommodating.
We would highly recommend this motel.

While there was a lot that was good about this property, it does sit right next to Hwy. 50 that runs through town so it was pretty noisy. Also, the separate building we were in did not have wifi access as indicated which made a few things difficult.

This property is located in a prime location very much near to grocery/coffee/food/gas stations. The room is neat and clean. Due to the age of the property the rooms might not look upgraded but very much good with respect to the price. The breakfast area is just awesome and they have pretty decent options in breakfast buffet. The lady in the front desk is sweet and responsive. We had little problem with the WIFI/Internet but i think the owner is working on to fix this issue as well. I would definitely recommend this motel with the price and amenities it comes with.

We were going on the Royal Gorge Railroad and we were able to walk to pick up the train. It's a great little place.

Absolutely hands down cleanest place weve ever stayed. Amazingly friendly staff. Very nice facilities including laundry (1.00 per load-coins only) and furniture. Can't say enough about this cute place. The park doesnt mean Royal gorge it means a cute little city park. The breakfast was generous and fresh. You will love the super clean super friendly stay. Deer were around ever corner. A yummy Italian diner located around corner is well worth your money its walking distance.

Nice, quaint older style motel. Very clean & quiet. Reasonably priced. Several restaurants within walking distance with a nice variety. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was small but had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was very basic. Our room faced a very busy street so it was noisy day and night. When I switched on the bathroom light in the middle of the night several roaches scurried into hiding. I informed the front desk clerk and she apologized and said she had no idea they had roaches and she would check it out. This motel was cleaner than either of the other two, more upscale, places we stayed at on this trip to Colorado. If not for the roaches and road noise, I would give it 5 stars.
