Only used room for 4 hours due to getting there late. But my friend did enjoy it, as he checked in around 10pm. Very nice spacious rooms with all emenities.

A newer hotel, rooms were in excellent shape: nice, spacious, and clean. We loved the slightly separated couch area (couch also can be pulled out for a bed). Only downfall of the room was we could hear the hard steps and muffled voices of the guests on the floor directly above us - 3rd floor.
Other minor drawbacks: standard hotel breakfast fare; small and limited fitness area; small pool but nice overall pool area.
Still, would stay here again if in the area.

The check out guy that calls to make sure we were still checking out was very friendly and caring. The front desk girl was no help at all.

We booked this hotel room because it has a hot tub, and pool and we take our kids there during the winter allot so that they can enjoy the pool and we can enjoy the hot tub! Hot tub was broken!!!! And the front desk didn’t tell us that or we would have asked for our money back, and the website should have notified so family’s like us don’t have to experience this!! O would have spent my 150 elseware. I paid like 95 cash and the rest with my frequent visit moneys

The hotel was awesome. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had as far as hotel breakfasts go. The pool was good and clean. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Only 2 complaints are the hot tub was closed (looked like it had been for a while, there was a film on the water) and the elevator was broke almost the whole week we were there. Otherwise we will stay there again the next time we travel back to Ohio to see family in that area

The staff was great however the pool and spa did not meet any of the pictures from the site the hot tub was closed and had black mold but was not drained the chlorine in the pool was high and the pool was cloudy. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff is fantastic

Was a very nice stay, very good breakfast and morning reception was very kind as well as the lady who served breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was the very small pillows and the hot tub was out of service.

A little disappointed that the hot tub was down but when you're waiting for parts there's not much you can do. Otherwise it was an excellent stay!

From Cleveland for the Harlem Globetrotters game at Canton Civic Arena. The room and pool were perfect for the kids. Morning breakfast met our needs. Housekeeping and desk staff were exceptionally kind and very helpful.

We had our transmission go out on arrival. Staff was very accommodating and helpful in securing the proper help we needed over the 36 hours we were there.

Overall stay was nice, the breakfast items were limited, would be nice if they changed the menu up regularly, stayed there different times and have the same items for breakfast, also they don’t put out or have toast bread which is unusual.

I have stayed here several times (it's close to my family). I have ALWAYS had the best experience. This time, there was a problem with one of the beds bedding. I called the front desk, they were there within minutes to make the change. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Thank you, all, for a constant wonderful place to call "home away from home"!

The Hotel is right next door to the Hartville Kitchen and Shops, as well as the Saturday Hartville Flea Market! This was our third stay at this location and it is clean, convenient, and safe.

Nice hotel, rooms were tidy and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and the lady who worked in the kitchen was VERY HELPFUL. My son has severe allergies and she took the time to make sure the food was safe for him. This was very much appreciated.

Great hotel for anyone with leisure travel around Hartville. Clean accommodations, good staff. Breakfast was good. Only issue is when we returned to the hotel the evening of 10/14, roughly 7:30pm, we found the door to our room 304 ajar. We didn’t ask for maid service. My wife and I remember closing the door securely. I reported this to the front desk. Also reported that room 308 door was ajar. We are not aware of anything taken or disturbed, except our feeling of security. Thanks. Greg Pohl 304-312-0888

As a Choice Hotel diamond member, I have stayed at many Comfort Suites, but I have to say without a doubt this hotel was one of the top stays I have ever had at Comfort Suites. The facility overall was spacious. Offered outdoor seating. Breakfast area was open and roomy, clean and with fresh food. The amenities in the room were well thought through with separate makeup towels, and even a plug-in night light. Every employee I encountered were friendly and this hotel was very clean!

In over a weeks stay they did not change or make the bed 1 time. Also did not vacuum at all.
In fact all that was done was clean towels & wash cloths, soap, shampoo. Had to ask for TP several times.

The girl checking us in was very friendly. It was very quick and easy. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good. There was quite a few choices. I would definitely stay here again.
