No airport shuttle as advertised. Loud music till 3am, smoked in non-smoking room

Do NOT stay here!!! Not in a good area. Heard arguments outside. Did not feel safe. Did not sleep in bed…wear shower shoes! Had some weird people hanging around hotel.

Not so great as the TV didn't work much at all,as it had 2 channels,both in Spanish.Remote didn't have a channel selecter,up or down didn't work. The bathroon sink had a loose faucet pipe,remarkably it still worked.

Stay away unless u want roaches and mices If something goes wrong good luck Unbelievable i don't know why they still in business there room needs a big upgrade Even the bathrooms the maintenance man Is drunk there other works don't speak English so u be lost in the sauce with housekeeping They don't resolved problems right away If you complain to much not to slove it They will call u tell u not come again Whole place needs to comden There picture that show the room before u book is misleading it worst This place is Shame on you

It was a last minute booking necessitated by cancelled flights at O'Hare. There was a very long wait for a shuttle at the airport. The front desk person was friendly and readily agreed to delay my check out by 2 hours without any problems. The room was very barebones - functional, but not much more. Uneven wooden floor with dirt in the corners, a fiddly window heater/air conditioner, small bathroom. with a few critters, etc. OK for a quick place to lay your head down for the night. Wifi worked well. Overall, if you are looking for a place very close to EWR this will probably work, but don't expect a 5-star room for a 2-star price at a 2-star place.

Windows on the first floor did not lock, was able to switch room. Ac/heat did not work in either room, fyi it is quite cold in the winter months.

The rooms were very sub par! The bathroom had no heat or linen ( they brought it after i asked) the tub was rusted! They are also running a park and ride so we had to fight for parking! And i saw a mouse run from one room to the next!

I would not recommend this motel. The neighborhood seemed unsecured. When we checked out there was blood (and dirty clothes) on the floor in the reception. Also it’s very complicated to find a parking lot (despite the place being a motel), there’s definitely not enough parking lot for all the customers.

This place I would not recommend to my worst enemy. The staff was unfriendly. He broke a tip of my drivers license in his window. Parking is terrible as they are doing the park and fly. It was almost impossible to find a spot and we found one and then it was almost hard to get out in the morning because other vehicles were parked in the way the beds were clean, were OK but the room was dated. Bathroom was dirty the bathtub was dirty, the building itself is a dump . The staircase walking up the second floor is rusting away, which is to me a safety hazard at 1:30 at night couldn’t sleep because of the neighbours next-door with the thin walls were noisy and singing at the tell the front desk over the phone to get them to quiet down which they did a half hour later then at 3 o’clock in the morning someone was trying to get in our room and knocking on the door. This is a terrible hotel hotel.

We were staying near Newark airport and this was very close. Less than 5 minute shuttle (which we were able to catch quickly on the return trip- eventhough they didn’t answer the phone.) The room was tiny, and the bed was large but uncomfortable. I was not comfortable walking barefoot in the room or bathroom. It was dingy and dark. The tv remote didn’t work and was difficult to find the manual buttons on the tv. Check in and out was fine. No clock, coffee maker or any amenities in the room. Very small bathroom. Area did not give an air of safety, parking was sketchy. Proximity to airport was only plus.

Not all rooms have a microwave to reheat food.the tv have very little channels to watch

Staff were great and helpful but the room was cold and not very clean. It was in rough shape

Just horrible.

The microwave was sparking while in use. I requested a room change. I was told that they was unable to switch room and I could walk from my room to the lobby to heat up food

Our room had a strong curry smell and there were bugs

Front desk worker was disinterested in helping out especially when I called about the heater not working properly in the room. Not good to be missing heating, especially when it’s 30 degrees outside.

Check in was fast but it seems like they never washed the bed sheets. Everything stinks in there. Wouldn't suggest to go there.

After booking the property said the charge had not been transferred to them from your company although it had been deducted. We proceeded to book through Hotels.com and the same thing. Hotel stole our money and is refusing a refund

My room has roaches and I had to leave I was double charged

Hotel is located near ewr airport with plenty of food options, shopping and the train station all within walking distance.

We had the best time at this hotel.

The motel room needs to be updated.

Convenient to the airport, and the room was comfortable. The parking was the only drawback.

Holes in the wall

Rude staff. Waited OVER an hour for shuttle when they said 20mins. So much flood light through the window it was like dawn the entire night. I have never stayed someplace THIS rude.
