I right this review as the email I sent the hotel and to express how dissatisfied I am with my stay at your establishment. 1. On my first night of arrival there was a lady who attended me and was sleeping at the front desk, I can tell because her eyes were red, she checks me into my room , I take my key and proceed to my room, I got lost because the room did not have a number tag on the door like the other rooms, when I finally found it the key did not work. I went back to the front desk and received another room which was room . 2. The room was decently cleaned but the bath tub looked dirty and grime. There was barely any water pressure let alone hot water. 3. On Saturday 4/13 I came back from a long day wanting to go shower and my key did not work again. I went downstairs to the front desk and gentlemen in the front desk refreshed me key, I went back and key still did not work. I went back to the office and he got someone to open the room and the lady as well had trouble opening the door to my room. The woman that assisted me called called the front desk and asked to have my room changed in which I was given another room. Upon going into new room I was appalled at how disgusting the room smelled. It smelled like MARIJUANA, and the shower didn’t even work. 4. I then proceeded to go back to the front desk for a 4th time and complain. Front desk who was very helpful and professional gave me another room for the 4th time.

My 2nd time staying, excellent again!

The room & staff were lovely. The other guests & noise in the area not so much. Doors opening & closing all night long. Loud cars & sirens passing by. People talking loudly outside at 7am, with screaming children running back & forth on the walkway outside of the room. Parking not so great either.

Room was very clean,spacious and bed was very comfortable with extra pillows provided.

BED BUGGSSSSS!!!!!! Door had crack in bottom, was very torn up, and the top lock was half off. Shower had to be turned off and heated up on the tub and turned back on to work. Mini fridge barely worked, food did not stay cold. Floor was very dirty, feet were black after a shower. Though not necessarily their fault, the neighbors were very sketchy and I didn’t feel like I could leave the room without my partner.

Reasonable priced hotel with clean rooms and nice outside area and swimming pool.

Clean place & friendly staff.

Too much dirty, smells everywhere. Curtains are dirty and torn, bedsheets are dirty. Never recommend. I don’t understand why this hotel is on hotels.com site.

As we were just driving through the surroundings and situation of the place were not decisive. It was a nice, clean place and for our needs perfectly situated.

Breakfast was good, bed wasn't the best and the front desk staff were in no rush to help check you in.

Close proximity to the Florida Keys.

There were roaches as soon as I walked in room. Just not clean !!!!

First, at check-in, i stood in line for over an hour. Desk clerk seemed to be deliberately slow, and did not not seem to be interested in helping people. Room was clean, no issues there. But bed was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. Finally there was no water pressure in the shower. Water was barely dribbling out. Couldn't even rinse off shampoo. I would not stay here again.

Room had moldy smell. Some outlets barely held plugs. No hot water first night. Shower needs repairs/replacement. A/C worked well.

we got a room with 2 queen beds, as there were 3 of us. One bed was good, the other wasn't.

Killed to roaches on the floor

People arguing and no security around. Very insafe for families with children.

Convenient base to explore the Everglades and the Keys. Full room service daily which I stopped by using do not disturb to avoid washing once-used towels. Breakfast ok. Several restaurants nearby. A bit expensive for what it is.

Easy to find, decent location. Carpet and flooring had not been swept in who knows how long. Could see outside through the door jamb. Not just a crack of daylight

The staff didn’t supply any toilet paper. Also the room had a funny smell. I also wish they served coffee all day.

Found little black bugs crawling on the dresser and bathroom countertop the entire time during our stay. I believe they were there looking for food because the dresser appeared to have sticky soda residue. Room was painted with splotchy paint around the base boards. Although the bed was comfortable, the older sheets had holes that appeared to be worn out from excess use. Much of the steel coating over the bathtub faucet and lamps had rust spots. The motel is located behind a flooring business so not much street noise. Breakfast was very good: hot waffles, cereal, eggs and other options. Nice staff. One night stay.

There were a few issues at check in, then when we got to the room, there was no hot water. The day shift was wonderful and helpful and resolved our issues, and hot water was back by the time we woke up. We checked in at 430am due to travel complications. Night shift reception wasn’t fantastic. She honestly seemed put out I had woken her up. Everything was clean and well kept, but the beds weren’t that great. However, we seriously considered taking the pillows home. Water pressure wasn’t great. There is a $100 deposit on top of the room fee at check in that we weren’t aware of. It was refunded within 2 hours of check out, but it would have been nice to know about that ahead of time.
