The only thing there was no creamer for the coffee

Our stay was great, but the AC didn't seem to work. We had the temperature turned all the way down and fan turned all the way up, but we had to open the door to have a cool breeze come in to cool us down while we were sleeping. Everything else was all that we could have asked for. The room was a perfect size for my wife and I's stay.

First time at this place, for an overnight stay. Nice location. Check in was easy, but it seems the place is perhaps "in transition" (undergoing new mgmt?) as many things inside & outside needed attention to be safe & comfortable. No info provided of local amenities as the nearby restaurant was not open.

Room was very clean and comfortable, beds were very comfortable, television froze image constantly making it hard to follow NCAA games. Coffee pot stopped functioning mid brew. No channel guide for television. Internet picture showed pool and there was none. Towels were great as was shower. No guide to the motel was in the room to interest us in dining.

Very dayed could use some updates. Bar in the hotel resused to serve us drinks because we didn't have a reservation even though it was at 20% capacity. Had to get drunk at w Mexican restaurant down the road before our show across the street at the music center

Bar people are rude
Person that cleaned our room came back in to help with something and had blood all over his hands.

The room was nice but warm, I turned the thermostat down with the air conditioning indicator on, but the room just continued to get warmer. So we had to open an exterior door to the room in order to cool it so we can sleep and then with the door open, the noise was extremely loud.also the deadbolt lock on the door would not engage into the door frame. Also, after arriving, we learned that there was no food served during the week only on certain days. When checking out, I told the clerk that the air conditioner was not working correctly and she told me that it’s not going to work until it gets warmer outside.

Stayed here before a show at BCMC. sure, it’s a little dated, but the room and common areas were very clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the free shuttle to the show was quick and convenient. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Nice and very convenient. They have a free shuttle to the shows across the street so that saves driving and parking fees! Great!
I could not figure out the TV. Could use USB ports. Vending machines would be nice. I will be back though!

The first thing we noticed about the property was how wide the halls are and large the rooms were. The TV was very small and the heat wouldn't adjust so it was constantly running. Decor was slightly outdated. We noticed that the locals seek out the restaurant so it must be good! Bar service at the end of the night was excellent. Otherwise, the property was beautiful and would definately stay there again.

Loved our stay at The Seasons Lodge. The view was amazing!! The shower pressure was great, sorry folks but that's important to me. The only negative was the TV was a 32 inch and my eyesight isn't what it used to be. Other than that it was great!

Very nice room with a huge bath tub. The food at the Rafters restaurant was excellent and inexpensive for the quality.

We booked at this hotel for the restaurant but when we went to eat at 5:30. They told us they had no opening rest of night and we couldn’t sit at the bar either. Did not feel welcome and was told other restaurants we could go eat at down the road.

Unique elevation overlooking the Nashville area. This time of year is nice with fall foliage. Very convenient to Nashville Indiana shopping and Brown County State Park.

The entrance to the hotel looked like a construction zone, even though no construction was happening. Several stairs and fieldstone ledges on the parking lot area were falling apart, which could make it very unsafe.
The temperature of the room was not able to be controlled. The room was freezing cold, when I went to the front desk because nobody answered the phone, I was told to " just turn off the circulation in the room if it was too cold. "
Then the lock on the door caused the door to become almost impossible to open. It took me several attempts in all different ways to open up the door.
When I checked out, they said 'oh yeah that room has been reported a few times about the lock."

Best thing about the property was a very comfortable bed. We were at a show on Friday and Saturday nights. We returned at 10:10 and they lock the doors at 10 which caused us to walk a distance up and down stairs to get to our room. I felt like the area for single rooms (not suites) was designed to make money but not for the customers in those rooms. The bathrooms were strange; a bigger area for the tub and stool and a tiny unusable area for the sink (certainly not designed for women). I would not return for a stay; it was designed for conventions and not for people attending events in the Nashville area. Too expensive for that.

There was no heat turned on for the rooms so Saturaday night when it was down to the 50's it was rather cold. For the price of the room there was no mini fridge since it was the "old part" of the hotel. The other guests that was attending a conference there was rude and loud.

The room appeared clean, however the smell was pretty bad. Very stale and musty smelling. We ended up not staying bc the concert we went for was canceled

We had a wonderful time.

Check in was fast. We were booked in the older section of the hotel and would have preferred the newer side. Also, I had booked non-refundable and that was bs. I tried to change plans a month in advance which you denied. I will never book through Travelocity again and will tell others the same.

Property was old and ran down. Room was cold and you couldn’t adjust the temp. Drop ceiling in bathroom was stained from roof leak. Chair cushions were stained. Sad because I grew up in Franklin and this place used to be nice.

Our bathroom had mold on ceiling. Bed wasnt made on our 2nd day thr, did not get a roll of toilet paper. No microwave. Wife has asthma n she hacked the whole weekend.

For 92 degrees they should of made sure the ice machine was always full. ( That is a minor thing but needs to be addressed) The TV needed batteries in the remote control... which is a minor thing but needs to be checked also. Overall a good hotel but if they are not careful I can see it slipping in hospitality. As of now I would recommend.

Rooms are outdated and needs to be remodeled. Smelled really old had to go buy candles to make it smell better

The Seasons Lodge is older and although there are some updates, the property looked dated and a bit tired. The lot right next door is naked and weedy, like a construction site that had been abandoned. That said, the room was large and comfortable, no special amenities, but adequate in every way. The bathroom was bright and the tub/shower was not awkward for older people to climb in and out of. We loved that the hotel is close to the Music Center and offers free shuttles to it; they were prompt and very convenient. We were back at our room 10 minutes after a concert, while there was still a significant line of cars waiting to get out on the highway.

We had 3 couples in 3 different rooms. We got to our rooms and one was pretty good . . . Room was cool (was a hot day), and mostly updated, and nice bedding. Ours was warm and AC wouldnt turn up. Bedding was outdated. Bathroom not updated like other two rooms. Maintenance came pretty quickly and fixed the AC issue, took a couple hours, but was cool. Third room AC also didn’t work, maintenance unable to fix, so did move to a suite. However, propane had been left on. Maintenance shut off in another area of bldg. No breakfast and restaurant was closed the first evening we stayed. Good location and descent hotel, but would benefit from some updating and ammenities.
