There was urine in the toilet food splattered in the microwave water marks on the bathroom mirror and stuff all over the floor. The nastiest hotel I’ve ever entered. So needless to say I did not stay there

When we get there, they tell us our room is not clean, the lady says I will go clean your room. An hour later we are taking to a room by her that she did not clean she said oh, they didn’t even clean it with there were no toilet paper, no towels, and the bed was being held up by a brick instead of a working leg on the bed, there were no pillowcases it was absolutely terrible

We drove 5 hrs. My reservation was confirmed had confirmation number. At first the lady says she can't find us we have no reservations. I show her the my reservation and she finds me. She then proceeded to tell me that I canceled our reservation. Which I know I never did hello holding confirmation of room in my hand no cancellations emails and they took the money from my account which means I paid for it too! The other lady that was there she spoke up and said hey that's what you told me. The front desk lady then tells her oh no I have a room for you now. She refused to give us a refund after driving for 5 hrs just for her to cancel our paid in full room. I will never stay there again. Idk what alot of people use for travel but if I book a room I get confirmation email saying booked. If I cancel it I get a email that says I canceled it. The only email I had was the one confirming I had a room.

I was in Minot for a Lions Convention, and only needed an inexpensive clean room for two nights. I had stayed there for the last convention, before Covid, and the owner was in the process of fixing it up. When I checked in, the clerk said the log showed I had already checked in earlier. I was told if there was anything wrong with the room, they would take care of it. The room looked as someone had just checked out of it. I went back to the front desk and they gave me an apology, a different room, and an upgrade. The new room was fine and clean. There were no bath towels or washcloths, but they brought them up right away. The Hotel is suffering the same problems as many businesses, lack of employees. They have to split their staff between two locations. I don't hold that against them. The place has no extra amenities and because of that it was the cheapest place to stay, and only a block away from the convention hotel, which was over twice the price. It was fine for what I needed, and I would stay there again.

Well I didn’t stay at the Guest Lodge, I was there at 3 pm to check in and nobody showed up, Expedia even tried getting in contact and still nobody. At around 11 pm someone had called me from the guest lodge to see if I was going to check in I had let the man know on the phone that Expedia stepped in and got me another room. I would like my refund from the Guest Lodge, as I never got service there. It only seems right. I’m very displeased with the way The Guest Lodge handles there business and customers. Id Hope in the future no other customers have to go through this.

They had no staff, and it was dirty. I made the beds and cleaned the room myself. This place should be condemned.

The place is a rat hole...drunks and vagrants hanging around outside and in the lobby area. No one at the desk at all. I left and did not attempt to find a desk clerk. If this appears as a charge on my card I will protest it. Do not under any circumstance promote this place on your site. It is a black eye for you. Absolutely terrible!!!

That room was bad dirty beer cans under bed the hole in the eye hole had duck tape the neighbors next door was up at 5:00 am and there kids where yelling and hitting the walls I had better stays before

DIRTY!! The mattresses were on the ground, no bed frame....even for a cheap hotel I would expect to not sleep on the floor!! Sunflower seeds on the floor, screws, food, shoe lace.... Booked through Expedia, get to the hotel at midnight the girl at the desk said it wasn't paid for and charged my card again.

it was awful and dirty. there were roaches on the towels and the bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever. there were also random stains everywhere

Very run down, the front desk attendee tried to sell me some random things that he had. Police came to arrest someone in the lobby, the whole experience was quite bizarre.

The people there were very friendly and helpful. I was unable to stay there because my credit card didn't make it into the backpack, therefore they wouldn't let me rent a car in Bismark... should have just bought a used one, but didn't think of that in time.
