Great place again for convenience to my conference. Quiet neighborhood with a few restaurants around Only complaint is the shower doesn’t drain well.

I loved them easy of booking, to check-in and checkout. We were in town for Spring Training baseball. Shopping any food were so close. Just be prepared to park out on the street and walk a little bit. It was a nice trip. We'll be back next year.

Place was amazing, super clean and had everything we needed. I really enjoyed my stay here. The host is super helpful and friendly. Definitely will book again in the future.

The bed was a little off putting but was manageable in the end. The windows were open when I arrived so that was a little concerning.

We had a peaceful time at the property. They have a very beautiful aloe vera garden and chill pool area.

The place was very clean and modern and had everything I needed for a nice stay. If I ever stay in that part of Phoenix again, I will likely stay here again. The host was very accommodating as well

Nice clean room with full kitchen and laundry. Walking distance to basketball, music and much good food and drinks!

This place was awesome! Has a quiet space that is peaceful and enjoyable with the surrounding areas. The rooms has a beautiful modern look! I would come back in the future for another stay.

It just felt like home. Cibo, the Italian restaurant acriss the street, was outstanding and affordable.

It was a beautiful place,Quiet,very clean ,Comfy and in middle of the city ,getting around places in phoenix ,Avondale and Goodyear wasn’t bad at all.

Very comfortable and all the necessities. Walkable in the day but as a single female I wasn’t really comfortable walking the area at night. Lovely pool and very thoughtful amenities in the unit. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property was clean, the studio was also clean and perfect for remote work and a remote base-camp for a night. Terrific location. Comfortable and clean studio with everything one might need.

Very clean and cozy. The host always got back to me via email within 10 mins for any questions i had.

It was cold sometimes - perhaps I dodnt know how to use thermostat but everything else was perfect. Amazing communication.

I've stayed at this property a few times; four (4) exactly. I really like the place and plan to stay here again.

We were so happy with this property, and Vince was an excellent communicator. We appreciate the dog-friendly place, and it was completely quiet and clean. (We made sure our dog was quiet, too.). We will definitely stay again when we visit our granddaughter.

I loved my stay here! The room was nicely furnished and all of the appliances were in nearly perfect condition! I also thought the nest thermostat and alexa echo dot were both nice touches. One thing I will say though is that the wifi was pretty slow so we ended up having to use our hotspot instead.

When you book a hotel room the cleaning fee is included or at minimum charged at time of booking, not a few days before the travel date! Felt like extortion! Plus I felt the $72 fee was excessive for a 2 night stay! The lock of the room and building fronts also were semi defective and did not open or lock efficiently! Also a 10 am check out on Sunday is at least an hour to early especially when the maid arrived 10 minutes early and was banging on the door!

This was absolutely bliss. Quiet and safe neighborhood, cozy and clean apartment, and exceptional customer service. I throughly enjoyed my stay at this property and will definitely be staying there again, without question. Kudos to everyone who services and manages this property. Job well done!

This was a wonderful property and Vince, the owner could not have been more helpful and responsive. It was immaculate and had all the amenities you could wish for, including Alexa! Twelve hours before check in, detailed instructions are sent to you. The instructions are also in a nice notebook in the unit. Included are great suggestions regarding what to do and places to eat and visit. I highly recommend this property!

Communication was not initially sent to me for pre check in and parking was unclear. It was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so be prepared if you have luggage to go up six flights. Overall, clean and quaint.

Hidden gem! Owner was in contact with me since the day before arriving, he made sure to ask if we had any special requests before arriving such as early check in. He made sure that the check in went smoothly, and let you know that he was available for questions. Room was beautiful and clean. Such a peaceful and quiet building, it was very relaxing. Perfect location and great prices right next to amazing downtown locations. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

The only caveats are the stairs and parking but other than that, everything was great. Well, those and the Phoenix heat, but they can’t control that! We were here for 3 nights for my wife’s birthday and a mini vacation. The pool was definitely nice and needed. Parking does stink as the road parking fills up VERY quickly and it’s impossible to walk to the apartment from farther ways.
