Conveniently located in the heart of the manicured Wailea Resort, the Palms is a stone's throw from one of Hawaii's best beaches, Keawakapu Beach. The Palms at Wailea 705 features over 1,200 square feet of living space, one of the largest lanais of all Wailea condo properties, and one of the only ones to allow a gas barbeque on the lanai. A highly desirable location on the property with a close walk to the pool but far enough away to not hear any noise. Walk onto a private green belt from the expansive lanai, and you will experience a breathtaking ocean view. In the air-conditioned comfort, you will marvel at the original art, sourced from some of Maui's most talented local sources. Venture out to the beach with Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler in tow. Your free, assigned parking space is just outside the front door. Ideal quiet, comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed unit. The unit, grounds, and pool area are immaculate and well-maintained. First floor location was very convenient, and enjoyed the large lanai and private outdoor grill. Pre-arrival communication and information was seamless. We've stayed in many great condos and hotels in Maui. This property is at the top of the list. Would definitely rebook.

This was a fantastic condo in a great location! We are a family of 5 with older teenagers and the condo was perfect! The second double room plus sofa bed were perfect and comfortable. The position of the condo is ideal being away from the road and on the edge so private. The walk to the beach was only 10 minutes through the grounds of the condo and very easy. The condo itself was fully equipped and we loved the use of the beach chairs! Communication with the rental agency was spot on and they were so helpful! We will be back to Maui in a couple of years and will certainly look to book the same condo. Thanks so much!

Loved the location of the property. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the shops at Wailea. Comfortable and spacious. Beautiful pool area and the complex was very nicely landscaped.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palms at Wailea. It was a great location, located about 1/2 mile from the beach. We loved having a full kitchen and the two bedrooms made it perfect for the two couples that stayed. We loved having all the essentials for the beach including beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a cooler. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The unit is located close to the pool and hot tub. The pool area was clean and we really enjoying hot tubbing every night. It really was perfect for our vacation. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We enjoyed a week at this fabulous condo and could not have been more comfortable. Close to Kihei and the beaches, we would snorkel in the morning, enjoy breakfast on the lanai and then explore Maui in the afternoon. It was always a delight to return to this wonderfully furnished and decorated condo. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Maui.

This is a great property, very well kept. AC worked well and location is wonderful. We did drive to all beaches. Could walk, but it would be uphill and a bit of a distance on the way back. I would definitely stay here again.
