We had a great time. The house was well maintained ,clean and had everything needed for a stay. It is an older property but with real lake charm. We have rented other properties on Lake Hamilton, and this is the best one of them all. Highly recommend for family.

We had a great time and the house was nice!! We had 8 people in our group, from 2 years old to 72 years old and there was something for us all!! It was in a perfect location on the Lake!! Grant was very helpful, and we will use him again when looking for our next trip!!

Absolutely wonderful house!!! There wasn’t a thing we wanted for that wasn’t provided! The hot tub was perfect and very private. The place is wonderfully decorated and the bed and furniture was super comfortable! Everything was clean and the house smelled great! Will definitely be back!

Loved the space! HUGE couch was great for all the kiddos to lounge on between activities. The back porch was AMAZING to be able to just relax and take in the private view. Advice for those not used to the outdoors, always keep lights on at night on the back porch. Wood critters will scare the mess out of you! Lol! We couldn't have been happier with this home away from home! Thank you for all the little touches along the way! And for the special Birthday Happy you left for my husband, knowing we were coming to celebrate him this weekend!

Great house
We were looking forward to our stay in this house while we were in Hot Springs. Our first night was perfect! Our 2nd night not so much, we lost power due to a small storm and a tree falling on power lines on the property next to us. I contacted the owner and she informed us she had reported it. We toughed it out over night in the heat, but contacted the owner again in the morning and asked for an update on power. Turns out the power wouldn't be restored till 11 pm that day. We made a decision to leave the property because it was going to be 103 that day and we were already hot with no power or generator (property had a generator, but did not work) to at least run a fan. The owner understood and we cleaned up the best we could without no electricity. She text me back and offered us a refund for half of our stay. It was greatly appreciated and we enjoyed the rest of our time in Hot Springs from a hotel.
Besides the mishap this was a great property to stay and the owner was very attentive.

Great property!
Overall, everything was great. The property was as advertised. The only two issues we had were minor: 1) The grill required a LOT of cleaning to be useable. 2) The neighbors, whom we presume are residents, let their dogs run freely. Since there is no fence, we brought a runner for our dog so she could hang with us outside, but the other dogs coming over made that unworkable. Other than that, no issues. Would consider staying again.

Nice getaway with the family
Easy access to Hot Springs with a grocery store and bait shop nearby. House was clean and no issues. Nice access to water and dock and sitting on the porch watching the kids have fun. Will see plenty of wild life (deer, rabbits and etc) in the neighborhood, made for nice walks and friendly neighbors. Plenty of room for the 7 people we had and two dogs (pet friendly with the pet deposit). Have stayed at 2 other nice lake house over the past several years and this is first one we are interested in returning to.

We really enjoyed the back porch facing the water. We also enjoyed fishing off the dock. The home is also close to town. Would love to stay again soon.

We were able to have groceries delivered by Walmart and dinner by DoorDash yet we felt like we were completely isolated from the world. It was perfect!

The house is beautiful with plenty of space. The master bathtub is huge! Never got a chance to try it. I think most of the homes are vacation homes around the home as we never saw anyone during our short December stay which was nice too.
We were very thankful for so much on hand at the house. Especially the sugar, we forgot to pickup sugar for the coffee.
The only complaint I have is the landscaping crew. I saw the previous feedback about this and thought it can’t be that bad. It’s is pretty bad. We actually got up by 630/7 every morning to get work done so we could spend the last half exploring the area. The landscaping crew showed up at about 7am and were there about 2 hours, mostly blowing leaves. We were not able to sit on the porch and enjoy the view amd have a conversation. I know the owner said in her previous response she can’t control this. Not sure what to suggest other than having them at the very least come out after 8am preferably later.

Great lakefront property
The property was clean, right on the water, and had a spacious back deck that was ideal for enjoying the great views. The owner was also a very gracious host who was easy to work with and readily accessible. It was also handicap accessible which allowed our entire family to enjoy all areas of the home. We would definitely stay there again!

Quiet Lake Getaway
This home was spacious, clean, and had a perfect location in a quiet community. We enjoyed the back porch overlooking the lake and the pier was nice. We were able to bring our puppy and the owner was super nice.

A Great Find
Gina is an amazing host. The property is in a great location. It’s about 10 minutes from downtown and very quiet. I’m not sure I would want to stay right in downtown especially not right near the race track/casino as it is always pretty congested. I had four friends with me all unrelated who appreciated the separate bedrooms and the spacious common areas. There are lots of different areas inside and out where you can sit and hang out. We would love to come stay again.

Perfect getaway
This was the perfect place for our family’s first COVID travels. We wanted a quiet, beautiful spot to spend Thanksgiving and enjoy Hot Springs, and this house was perfect. I particularly appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was compared to many rentals. Our two teenagers had plenty of privacy in their own bedrooms, and the large open living space was a great place to spend time together. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Gina has a wonderful property right on the lake. Every amenity we could think of was already there at the house. The back porch was great for morning coffee and evening family time. She was always just a text message away when I had a question for her.
We were able to dock our 21’ ski boat to her platform. The property is in a desirable location on the lake and we were able to get to the places we wanted to go very quickly.

Re-lake-xing!
Great house and location! Back porch is awesome, so quiet and relaxing on the lake. House is stocked with pretty much everything needed. Close to all the activities and nature of Hot Springs. Gina was very responsive and easy to work with.
