Children enjoy helping feed the animals daily. Our 16 year-old son does provide treats for the chickens, horses, donkeys. and goats located just inside the Front door. We do accept dogs for a $100 flat fee per dog. No cats! The rental and property are treated for fleas and ticks. We also in between each guest have a crew that comes in with black lights to check over all carpet and floors for any pet accidents The day of checkout. Any areas are immediately sanitized and deodorized. The home is located out in the country. That means there are field mice. We do exterminate quarterly however The home cannot be hermetically sealed off. At certain times of the year there will be stink bugs as they are an agricultural pest. They are completely harmless and we do spray for them. ************************** The home welcomes a 6 person hot tub! In order to keep our rates low the hot tub will be an add on fee. No parties or events of any kind. At no time do we allow any ATVs or any type of motorbikes on our property. We look forward to hosting you and your family!
