Our check in took 1 hour or maybe alittle longer didn’t check in intill 4:30 and check in was suppose to be available at 3:00
Our hotel room was dirty . The rug was all stained or just not cleaned . Won’t stay there again

Terrible I reserved through Hotels.com and called to confirm. Upon my arrival they said my reservation was cancelled. They then charged me an additional $50 because they said they had to rebook my reservation. Terrible customer service, and they were very rude.
Then upon check out I had to wait 45 minutes just to check out because there was only 1 receptionists available. Which resulted in them saying they may have to charge me a late check out fee. Which I said was unexceptional as we were there to check out. Horrible experience

Worst place to stay, there was huge noise from refrigerator and there was some constant noise from bathroom and finally couldn’t figure out what is that and where it is coming from.. I just was told to move the refrigerator and unplug the connection to stop the noise. I wouldn’t recommend to any one

This place is to dirty smells like weed and I wish was a better experience we had a horrible experience there ! The lady in the front desk try her best but involved a lots of people to do their job to be successful! I won’t recommend here at all to many problems! And even the place said is no smoking smells really bad !

Towels look dirty, no shampoos I have requested no acondicionador,,iron broken if I want my room be clean $20 per day, continental breakfast only coffee and bread limited, I am handicapped no one receptionist offers help with my suitcases it a complete desaster my vacation after 9:00 pm no space to park my car. No worthy .

Hello. The shower head was shooting water onto the ceiling and floor of the bathroom. So I went down stairs to the front desk Jessica told me she would move me because there was no maintenance on the weekends. Not until Monday. I informed her that I would do it when I came back I was pressed for time for an appointment. When I came back another lady was being the front desk. She told me she would move e in about 30mins due to housekeeping cleaning the room for me. She also said she would call the room 314 when it was ready. 2 hours passed. I called to the front desk spoke with same lady. Now she said she would not move me because she didn’t have any rooms to move me in. I’m with my son he is 6years old…so we never moved and water was just squirting everywhere. I informed her to make a note that I called about this water being everywhere so I wouldn’t be charged. This stay was really bad. My apologies because I never complain, I like the extended stay…Thank you

We couldn’t check in until 7pm because they didn’t have a room ready, the general manager Felicia, yelled and talked over me when I called her because the housekeeping staff was threatening to call the police because they said I needed to leave the room even though I had checked in for another night with Jessica (front desk staff). There were roaches (I have video) and they t was dirty.

It was awful! Couldn’t check in until 7 pm because no rooms were ready, the room smelled like smoke when it was supposed to be non smoking, there were roaches which I have a video of crawling on the walls , and the general manager yelled and talked over me on the phone while housekeeping threatened to call the police on me because the front desk didn’t check me in correctly the night before!

inside room was clean, but theres no small shampoo or conditioner inside the bathroom. TV remote is not working, I Guess no battery on the remote.

My flight was canceled and I informed hotels.com at around 10pm on the check in day. I was charged one night ($135) as the hotel had me as a no show.
Argued with hotels.com and getting nowhere.

Dishes were only available upon request, the floor felt sticky, the trim in the bathroom was broken and hang off, the microwave was super loud and sounded like it was gonna break down also oy one of the burners in the kitchen would turn on so it did not feel safe enough to cook which was a reason to get a room with a kitchen..

We ask for assistance room because i was in a wheelchair. They said , they don't have any room available for me for the first two floors. So we had to take one on the third floor. Room was not clean.. we went out to get a bite to eat. Got back with the food. No plates, cups or forks. Then we try to open the refrigerator. That was lock. Won't open. Next day i talk to the front desk lady. She said u have to ask for anything u need. Two days of lock refrigerator and no plates, cups or forks. Third day, they finally moved us to a clean room and a open refrigerator. Still no cups or plates. I would not recommend staying here again. Disappointed.

After a very long drive, I hoped to unwind at the hotel, but it didn't go as planned. The room lacked essentials like toilet paper, shampoo, and cups. I had to go to the lobby to fetch them. The lobby staff claimed not to have a disposable cup, which seemed dubious since the next morning there were plenty of paper cups available for coffee. The carpet was so messy with rice grains, which obviously was not vacuumed. I even found pants in a drawer. The stove light wasn't working, and the bathroom ventilation was too loud. This has been my worst hotel experience so far.

Dirty smoking smell in elevators , housekeeping service not available for 2 weeks. In the name of breakfast there is nothing served except coffee and muffins. Guests are asked to collect dirty towels and trash. Not recommended.

Our check in date was 24th December and check out date is 28th december.
we are not able to switch on the AC for 3 days. as because their was very very bad smell coming from the AC. So we request for changing the room but their was no room available.my kid is also can't sleep properly because of the smell and the AC both.we requested for refund but only $11 refund given at the time of check out,which is not expected.

Our room had bars on the window. When we walked in it was freezing cold so we shut the windows that were wide open. We realized that the windows were left open due to the odor of smelly feet. I asked to be put into another room. That room was in the middle of a remodel and smelled like fresh paint. My daughter and I both got bit multiple times by something. Don't stay here!!!!1

The first room I was given was in horrible condition: damaged furniture, missing desk lamp and chair, no art work, gouges across the wall above the bed, and a very noisy air conditioner. The last straw came when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and saw roaches when I turned on the light, and noticed a dead one in the bathtub! I went to the front desk 1st thing in the morning and they were very apologetic and happy to give me a new room. They told me the woman that had been staying long term in the room before me was "a little crazy." Why would you give someone that room then?!? The new room was perfectly acceptable and felt like a different hotel. My rating would be totally different if I hadn't had the first experience
Also, be aware that the "breakfast included" is minimal - granola bars, packaged muffins, instant oatmeal, and coffee/tea.

This property was horrible. Very dirty! Hallway and stairway smelled of urine. When I arrived to checkin the agent was rude. I was suppose to be there for 3 nights and ended up checking out the next morning and requested a refund. Never be back again!

For this location to be located in Torrance across from the Del Amo mall it felt unsafe. There were suspicious people around the location and inside the building. Then booking through Expedia was difficult checking in and giving the impression that I did not have a confirmation when I did. I had to call an Expedia representative person that took too long and delaying my stay. Then lastly, the staff at this location looked sickly and contagious, yet they are present at work.

My daughter and I stayed over the weekend for the Taylor Swift concert and had a please stay. The staff we encountered were all very kind and friendly. I admired the sense of teamwork with the manager and housekeeping staff!

A few staff member were pretty friendly. A couple of front desk staff members were rude. House cleaning membersConcha, Olga and a few others on first floor are really rude. Some of the workers go through trash to collect cans.Apart from going through trash they don’t offer any toiletries unless the room gets cleaned. Room cleaning isn’t done right. Lost keys asked them if they found any keys I was told no. Gave the spot where they could be at but still the answer was no. A month later went back asked for if they had found any keys, one person said she would look for me, told the place they could be at she checked and my keys, which lets me know they really don’t clean the rooms the right way. Hate to say this they should check cleaners for documents.

The room was ok, but the was not as advertised. I booked a room with a queen size bed. When I got to the room the bed was a full size (much smaller) I went down to the front desk to see if I can get a room with a queen size bed. I was met with a not so helpful employee. She told me that is a queen I disagreed, and then she ask me if I wanted to check out. Not very helpful. (Just to be clear I dealt with two different people the lady I checked in with was very helpful and nice. The second lady was the opposite)

I didn't like that my non smoking room smell like it had been smoked in, it was penatrete really bad I did mention to the front desk girl and ask for a spray to see if it helps and she said she didn't have any or offer any type of help she seemed not to care, no breakfast in the morning not even coffee as it was advertised glad I only booked one night..so disappointing never staying here again..

I completely understand how some places like this are understaffed and under appreciated and underpaid. However, there is no excuse this place to smell so rancid, the lobby was filthy dirty like it hadn't been swept or vacuumed in months and my room was stale with old furniture. Let me not get into the bedroom area. It's the little things and all I'm saying is, the little things that I mentioned do not pale in comparison to all the other things I saw in there. The attendants were nice but I couldn't do it.
