It was OK because it was close to my families new apartment. I don’t think I would stay here again. The room was clean. Bathroom door had issues. $10/night for parking unexpected as I did not have a car. Maziar at the front desk was very patient and helpful. I give him 5 stars.

Staff was very courteous. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Traffic noise from the street was loud, and the bath towel was ... well worn. Everything else was as I would expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

I think my only complaint is the AC unit didn't that well. Could not adjust to a cold setting. The temp was cool but the temp adjust knob just spun around and could not adjust it to the coldest setting. Other than that the room was nice and comfy.

My wife & I stay at a lot of hotels for short stays in our many travels. The staff here was very friendly. I give them high marks.
The room was clean and comfortable. The next morning we were very pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet, included in room cost. I was heading for Denny's next door when we realized the hotel was serving hot eggs & bacon, toast & juice plus coffee and fresh fruit.

My room was disgusting. The floor was wet (and not from me), and the bathroom was dirty along the walls and floors.

I loved the quiet, clean atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Honestly the amenities are also as such. I’ll be returning in the near future! Thank you!

I was given a room and upon entering it looked like it was still occupied. They then moved me to another room and the blinds were inoperable and maintenance was lackadaisical- he did not want to be there! I then moved into another room and the emergency sign was taken down- I had to look for it!

The room was great - clean and quiet. The breakfast was very lacking. The waffle iron was out of order, the eggs tasted like powdered eggs - not enough variety

Amy at the front desk was wonderful! She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The rooms were clean and quiet and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast could be improved, but it was free and convenient.

Internet was very slow. Had to use my mobile data to get any work done.
The staff was awesome and the rooms are clean and comfortable but internet is a priority when the trip was for business. Internet barely had a sugnal abd kept kicking me off.

Friendly staff, nicely stocked breakfast. Area is slightly out of way of things to do, but easy to get on the freeway. Clean rooms. One thing is we’re staying for 3-4 days but the rooms cards would only work for a few openings and run out of magnetization, and we would have to obtain new ones almost everyday.

Stay was ok. Breakfast started late so we were not able to to get breakfast. The coffee station that was available was a mess and only had decaf. Front desk area we messy with trash in the floor.

The staff was super wonderful, always greeting with a warm smile and a friendly good morning or hello. This stood out to me, as I was in the area taking care of elderly parents. I was exhausted & emotional when I started & finished my day.
Breakfast was scrumptious. Area was always kept refilled and very clean! The pancake machine was fun, my grandson would have loved it.
Bed & pillows were comfy, area is busy-but you wouldn’t know it from your room. Very quiet! I slept soundly each night.
Easy on/off to the i15, walking distance to Trader Joe’s, lots of restaurants & shopping options all right along MiraMesa blvd.

Front desk had zero people skills and took forever to check me in although I was the only person in line. Parking is an additional $10 as well.

The property and staff were nice. The lobby and rooms (especially) could use updating. Our 1st room had ants, so they moved us to another room. The 2nd room smelled musty, but no ants. The carpet was terrible, though, and the tiled ares weren't much better. The staff was great, though! Convenient location and safe. I would stay again, but would ask for something other than the 1st floor.

Friendly courteous staff. One of the staff working the dining area was very pleasant with my toddler daughter and ensured that she ate. The custodial staff does an amazing job in keeping the facility clean. The staff made us felt welcome and our stay enjoyable.
