We booked a larger room for overnight with the kids. They loved the pool area and the room was spacious and clean. The front desk was also very welcoming and helpful.

This is a great property to stay at, the staff was very welcoming! there is no continental breakfast, resturant only.

We love this hotel because of the outdoor hot tub, however it wasn't holding heat this weekend and they have no idea when it'll be fixed. So if this is the reason you come here, take note!

We stayed in a king whirlpool suite. The room was very large and spacious. The jetted tub was great, there was an excellent view and fireplace. The bed was very firm. The outdoor hot tub had the best jets. Indoors there is a kiddie pool, regular pool, hot tub and water slide. We were there on a Monday night and we had the pool to ourselves. Pool area is clean and did not smell like chlorine. We were very happy with the stay and will be back.

What a lovely property! We stayed in a corner suite with two bedrooms, and it was perfect! We were celebrating our daughter’s wedding in the ballroom that evening, and everything went so smoothly with our room. Very friendly and accommodating staff, pristine room, and quietness. Definitely would stay here again.

We love this hotel. Just one down side, to many people in the hot tub Saturday night. Our room was on the third floor but right outside the hot tub and we could hear people being very noisy until after midnight.

This was our first stay here and it was wonderful! Check-in desk was very kind and informative. Our room came with two robes, delicious Starbucks coffee, huge TV and it was quite clean! Only downside was the temp in the room fluctuated a ton so trying to adj the thermostat at night was a pain, but that was the only downside. Pool area was awesome! There is small kiddie pool, regular pool and two hot tubs (one outside which was so refreshing in 25 degree weather. They also have a water slide and an entire lounge with games up above the pool area for eating. Honestly it was such a great stay. Will definitely be back! Oh, and they have the most adorable "main street" inside the hotel when you walk between hotel and restaurant. I've never seen anything like it and it was a fun place to take pictures! Again, we will definitely be back!

I am a senior and forgot to request a room near the main lobby. I requested a room change and they did honor my request. The first change was not acceptable. The room I accepted was on the first floor. The temperature was preset to 68 and it was cold. After the room change experience I did not bother to question this. The pool and spa were great. Check in was late night and I was greeted with “We don’t clean rooms”. Call if you need anythIng. Called the front desk to ask how to get towel service and what to do with trash. Was told times for breakfast but not where it was located. Overall I did not feel comfortable at this facility as an which was my second stay. Will likely not stay here for future visits
