Classic motel with many modern upgrades and the best neon sign in town. Outdoor pool looked inviting but weather didn't allow us to try it. Mattresses & pillows were firm but new or close to it. Solid building construction allowed only minimal outdoor noise. Our host was friendly & helpful. Bathroom was totally renovated. Fridge, microwave & everything else was spotless. Location extremely convenient to just about everything. We'd love to stay here again in the future.

From check in to check out, (five days) Moonlite Hotel was about as perfect a stay as we could have asked for. The room (Number 15) had two queen beds, a 24 inch tv (could have been a 32, but I believe it was 24), dresser, hangers, nuke machine (we did not use it) and mini fridge which kept EVERYTHING cold and chilled warmer items down quickly. The bathroom was good, if somewhat on the small side, and no plumbing issues you might expect at similarly laid out venues.
You may have read elsewhere that water pressure in the shower was too strong. That reviewer may have had skin made of rice paper, as our experience was vastly different. The pressure was really very good and nowhere near strong enough to... like.. remove skin or any other favored body parts.
Moonlite is really like home away from home and that's how it SHOULD be.
All in all, Moonlite isn't the Four Seasons. It *doesn't need to be.* In fact, having once stayed there, I can honestly say Four Seasons could learn a few things from Moonlite.
We will definitely stay again.

When stayed me and my now fiance enjoyed it was a little high on price tho and the shower felt like getting pressure washed it was to rough after walking around the falls all day getting engagement place ideas for the next day

A great quiet little place to stay. Right on the main drag and easy access. Just far enough out of town as not to be so busy.

Free casino shuttle was actually city bus which was a 40 minute trip.
Rooms were very dated but clean. Rooms had a very strong aerosol smell which I assume was to cover old musty smell. One night stay, good value for money

Very clean. Conveniently located to Falls and restaurants. Owner keeps a tight ship but did not tell us that it would take 15 minutes for the hot water to reach us in room 1. TV is not mounted on the wall so you can’t see it below your feet. Floor very crooked and it feels like you’ve had too much to drink. ( I hadn’t been drinking). Price was $140- way too much for this room.

Older motel but it has definitely been taken care of. Very friendly people at front desk. Very clean rooms. Bathrooms and rooms are cleaner than some newer hotels i have stayed in. It is older but i would definitely stay here again. Beds are a little hard. But i slept fine. Definitely wish there was a coffee pot in room but that is the only downfall. Didn't use the pool but it was beautiful and clean.

If you long for nostalgia then this is the place for you! It is clean and cute and I felt completely safe in this area. That is where the positive things end. The beds are VERY hard and the whole room had an old, musty smell. Being a motel means you hear all parking lot noise I will not go back or recommend and that is mostly because the quality did NOT match the price.

Really nice property, well maintained. Power outlet needed upgrade. A really nice bakery place nearby. Within few minutes there is target, gas station and lots of dinning places. Just 15-20min drive to Niagara fall.

We loved this Motel! So happy we chose this over a hotel in the downtown area. The Motel is vintage in a cute way. The room was so comfortable and tastefully decorated. Eddie gave us key information on what to see at the Falls and even gave us a map with where to park and what to see. His recommendations were key! We had a fabulous and stunning time at the park. (Must do: Maid of the Mist boat and Cave of the Winds). We found a good restaurant down the street and even though the Motel is on a busy street we didn't notice the noise. Totally safe area and lodging. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Highly recommended.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was as described with king bed, fridge, microwave, and TV but the bed was a little hard and took up a lot of the room. Just a little too 'pricey' for someone just looking for a place to rest before the long drive home.

There were two wifi networks but neither worked. N no cleaning service during the day for a 2 night stay. They just give you extra towels. Staff were friendly, the room was very clean.

This motel was a perfect choice for our overnight stay at the NY Falls. Clean, comfortable, inexpensive, well-kept and well-maintained. The manager was quite pleasant, great check-in. The added extras of mini-fridge, kitchen sink, microwave and ironing setup were a huge bonus.
The only very tiny improvements would be a quieter air conditioner and no scent of Febreze or Gain. The scent wasn't overpowering, so we did okay, but would have preferred no added "clean" smell.
Excellent stay, highly recommended!
