Even though I was bummed to find out they had a pool but no hot tub, honestly,I cannot find anything negative to say. This is one of the best stays I have had and I travel a lot. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. The place is a great location and very clean. Check in was easy. They even called when the room was ready since we were there earlier than check in time. Overall a 100% great experience and I hardly ever give full stars even on good experiences. Additionally, I loved the Bible open on the dresser too! It was so nice to see it instead of being removed or hidden away. The beds and pillows were comfortable and parking was easy too. I would definitely stay here again!

Was expected to get a jucuzzi jetted tub in the room as advertised in pictures of the property. I thought okay this is good for the price then got there NO jetted hot tub, no mini fridge, the pool didn’t have a hot tub and the water in the pool was cold and tasted like a salt water pool.

We plan on staying again. 85 year old mother, let them know she couldn’t do steps. Top floor, but room right at end of ramp. Needed toilet riser. Brought up soon after request. Very pleased.

In 2023, I was extraordinarily impressed with this hotel in its cleanliness and its scrumptious breakfast. I came back this year and I have to say this hotel did not disappoint. It is well-maintained and its cleanliness has remained impeccable. This will be my "home away from home" when in Branson.

Lodge of the Ozarks is our favorite place. It is always clean, homey and wonderful. The staff are amazing. The rooms are awesome! The breakfast buffet is always great. We have been coming to Branson for years and nothing compares to The Lodge of the Ozarks. It's the best of the best!!!

We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the hotel itself. The bed was really comfy. But the breakfast buffet was our favorite part. Definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time definitely staying here again on our next trip to Branson👍

I wasnt expecting much since most of Branson's hotel's are either run down or timeshare related, but this place was niether of those. Its clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing! Its in the heart of the strip, close to everything! Walking distance to many places. We will be staying here next time we are in Branson with the kids. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the jacuzzi tub actually worked (didnt run out of hot water trying to fill it)and it was clean!

For the price, we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean and the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was large and good. We enjoyed the pool. The location is very convenient on the strip. Would highly recommend for families and we will be back.

We had to check out early due to a family emergency back at home, and the hostess showed compassion and understanding of us needing to depart earlier than planned. The entire process from checking in to checking out, was quick and easy. You will not find customer service that is top notch at another establishment in Branson. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality!!

Me and my family stayed there and we had a nice experience. The rooms where clean and the pool had clean towels and had a nice temperature. On the other hand the food was not as good. The options where very basic and not to tasty and the line was out the door. They need a better system so people dont wait 10-15 min to get there food, maybe having the option to serve on both sides at the buffet area instead of just one.

The overall stay was satisfactory. However, the morning of check out the room across the hall from us was being treated for bed bugs which is not really the issue. I mean, yes ew disgusting but it was reassuring to know they were taking action. When I was checking out, I asked the front office if they were treating for bed bugs on the 3rd floor, (I already knew the answer) and the receptionist said “oh… we are cleaning carpets on the 3rd floor”… while I understand the necessity of protecting the business and not admitting there was an isolated incident of bed bugs, I feel she should have been honest and disclosed with me what was already obvious, because of this I do not think we will stay here again. We come to Branson several times a year and I want to stay somewhere that does not treat me like I am foolish and expect me to bypass what I feel is a legitimate question with a silly response. Honesty is the best policy, right?!

Friendly staff and very clean facilities. The bed was a tad uncomfortable, but not too umbearable. At check in, we were greated with a smiling face, and thats great to see at midnight.
