Stayed for one night to spend time with family. The room was great. Lots of space to spread out, love the Starbucks coffee in the room, bed and sofa were very comfortable. The only thing that was difficult to use was the shower. Being only 5’0 ft tall couldn’t reach the shower head to adjust the nozzle so I had to stand up against the wall so the water wouldn’t directly hit my face. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It’s a really nice hotel and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Pros: everything. From the check in process to the checkout, every staff were friendly and personable. Theres a lot of space in the room, and it’s clean.
Cons: it can be loud at night since there’s a busy road by it. Also, the hallway upstairs is freezing.
Thank you for the simple touch of having cold water available in the lobby, cookies and drinks offered. Glad we chose this hotel.

Really nice young men at check-in, big room, nice balcony, hot breakfast well done and pleasant servers. Happy hour drinks and small bites a treat. Newish hotel with nice decor, great pool and deck, nice gym---we travel a lot and this hotel was excellent with a great vibe to make us choose it again.

It was nice but the people staying in the room above us walked very hard and pounded on the floors all day and night. Very difficult to sleep.

The only negative was the text message that I received at 6:45am. I was on spring break with my elementary age children- could’ve used the sleeping in until 8am

Everything, from check in to check out was amazing. Friendly staff. Room, lobby, hallways, restaurant, pool, and hot tub were all super clean. Highly recommend.

The room was nice besides the pubic hairs and long stand of hair on our bathroom floor when we entered. Also our gas was siphoned to under E when we were departing the hotel. We were celebrating oir sons birthday and we were very disappointed.

A hidden gem in a beautiful part of California with free breakfast, free evening cocktails with generous snacks; friendly, helpful staff; I wouldn't go anywhere else in this area.

This is one of the nicest family friendly hotels we’ve ever stayed. The free breakfast is much better than your usual free continental breakfast. The coffee was disappointing though. A tip for families with kids staying on the pull out couch, you need to request the linens and pillows. I was not expecting that and it would have been nice for the staff to mention it at check-in since there were 4 of us and only one bed.

We have stayed 4Xs in this hotel (in the same room!) during the last 4 months. I would have thought that by now after my reviews to the hotel they would made SOME improvements. Breakfast is ok but could use "fresh food " rather than food that has been sitting for at least 2 hrs. Our room was the most concern; the sofa is in terrible condition, torn and armrest's are peeling. The mattress are old and very "soft". I advised the mgr. He said they would correct it; that was last month last time we stayed there. This visit everything remains the same. Same torn sofa, same soft mattress. Considering staying elsewhere next time.

We loved this hotel! It was a fabulous experience and far exceeded our expectations! We were down in my hometown visiting friends and had a fantastic stay. My only disappointment was simply that you have to specify that you want the beds made each day or housekeeping won’t remake them. We arrived very late at night and I missed this in the paperwork when we checked in and it was a minor disappointment. We will know better next time but otherwise everything was fantastic and we plan to stay there every time we are back in town for a visit.

Arrived Friday 3/1. Our group was down in the Lobby when the electricity went out. Generator kicked in and we continued our board game and cocktails😄

Really nice to stay in this place, Graton Casino is just around the corner. Breakfast is really great and abundant. We will come back again in the future.

The hotel overall was pretty good with a few exceptions:
1.The sofa in the room is outdated. The cushions on the sofa were torn and peeling.
2. One of TV's in the gym was not functioning.
3. After my workout; I tried to use the jacuzzi but the jets were not functioning.
4. For the Social Hour we were given just one ONE drink ticket person (really?)

The staff are friendly and the area is quiet. There is a shopping center within a 5 minute walk that includes many restaurants. The free breakfast this morning was great. Chefs were preparing fresh food as we ate.

The reviews were so high, and the resort did not disappoint. Some team members shone, while others did not. Room was very nice, and the fitness center was fantastic. Steam and sauna were a nice touch. Great location, walking distance to everything.

Last minute visit with Family. Clean room and comfy bed. The staff very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. The scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage, biscuit & gravy freshly made. Loved it. We will be back.

We love this hotel. However there is always something broken in every room. Bathroom outlet didn’t work in room we stayed in first night. Room safe didn’t work second night. Other occasions remote broke etc. the rooms are nice the beds are comfy. The shuttle left us stranded at the casino as new shuttle driver called in sick. Appetizers are nice as is the happy hour.

Good location, spacious room and bathroom. Just need a little touch - keep hot tea and coffee available in the lobby all the time. Provide softer tissue paper. Staff could come across friendlier if they smiled

I loved having the frig, microwave, and coffee maker in-room. The hot breakfast was a nice surprise. Access to the airport shuttle is a plus too. Staff was also friendly.
