About this house rental
Nestled in Holden Beach, this attractive house for $590 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to Irie Vibes!. Irie (eye-ree) is Jamaican English meaning the ultimate positive, joyful and happy, the way you feel when you have no worries. Irie Vibes is located on the 4th row on Brunswick Ave. W. There is a private beach access 428 feet from the front door. We are also located 1/4 mile from the Holden Beach bridge and restaurants, ice cream, candy, coffee, bike/kayak rentals, a park and boat launch are just a walk or bike ride away. Holden Beach also has a small pavilion (also within walking distance) with live music during the summer. Our renovated kitchen is fully stocked. In addition, we have new flooring, paint, beds and furniture. Irie Vibes has 4 bedrooms and a "play room" with 2 XL twin beds. Porches on the front and back of the home offer shelter and comfy seating., perfect after a long day of golf or playing on the beach! The outdoor shower is enclosed and has space for towels or wet clothes. Our home is pet friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs. Only dogs- no other pets. Our pet fee is $250. Please report ALL pets on your reservation & pay the appropriate fee. We had a security camera installed at the end of September 2022. This camera only monitors outside the front door. No cameras are inside the home or in the back yard. Our favorite part of our home is the outdoor space, including a large pool (32 x 14) with decking, landscaping and fencing The pool can be heated March-May, September and October, weather permitting. There is a picnic table and outdoor furniture along with extra covered space underneath the house and a bar with a 65" tv. Join us soon for some Irie Vibes!

We had another great stay at this property. Perfect fit for our multi-generational family! Easy walk to beach, restaurants, ice cream and even kids Turtle Time at town hall. Pool is amazing for a swim after the beach. Plenty of gathering space outside. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the plates & pots you need for a family meal. Outdoor shower and bathroom are clutch for wet & sandy little kids. This house feels like a home, not just a rental property! Looking forward to our next visit!

This house was just what we expected and needed. The pool area is perfect and we spent a lot of time down there! We loved the bar and all the pool toys, ping pong table, and floats. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking which we did almost every night. The walk to the beach was easy and short. Definitely would recommend Irie Vibes!!

The house was perfect for our family. It is clean and well appointed with comfortable beds, high quality linens, kitchen items and appliances, a beautiful pool, and a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. It’s close to the beach, had enough beds and room for my husband and I, and 4 teenagers, it was super clean, and had everything we needed to cook meals. The pool in the back was the icing on the beach trip cake! The owners are very responsive and when I reached out about my son and his friends arriving a couple hours before my husband and I, their response was “if you trust them, so do I!” I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking at Holden Beach and if we go back, we’ll definitely be searching up Irie Vibes to stay again!!

Alan & Lynnette’s place is the most well-equipped beach house we’ve ever stayed at, BY FAR. You can tell they really want their guests to feel like family - the place was stocked with dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, Kcup pods, hot chocolate, aloe Vera, sunscreen, the list goes ON. We paid it forward like they (and the last guests) did and replenished everything before we left for the next guests to enjoy.
The house is also beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and the pool is LARGE, clean, and so fun to swim in! They truly have thought of everything. This one is a gem, folks! We’ve already booked our return visit for next year.

My husband, teens and I spent a wonderful week at Irie Vibes. It is a lovely home, full of everything you could need for time at the beach. Very clean and comfortable! We absolutely loved the outdoor pool and used it daily. The lights at night are great for a night swim. There is even a big screen tv in the outdoor bar area, so we made use of that and watched tv while we swam—the kids loved it! We had a small hiccup when a smoke detector was chirping in a locked closet (no one’s fault—these things happen), and the owners could not have been more prompt in their response and went above and beyond to help us get it fixed. I believe they contacted us within two minutes of messaging them! Very nice people! Definitely a 5-star stay and we highly recommend it.

Irie Vibes had everything we needed and more! The owners were always prompt to respond to any messages we sent to them. It was close proximity to the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen to beach gear. The pool was heated during our stay and it was pleasantly warm. Best heated pool we have ever had in a vacation rental. A large variety of pool toys and floats made pool time a blast for our family. Irie vibes is also dog friendly. Although we didn’t need or use any of the dog related items during our stay, it was very thoughtful of the owners to have dog beds, blankets and toys available for dogs to use. The bed we slept in was very comfortable including the cozy linens. Our 6 year old daughter enjoyed the kid room upstairs where she found games, puzzles and became fascinated with the color changing lights in the play room and by the pool. We enjoyed swinging on the porch swing in the evenings and even saw some wildlife from the porch! A few deer and a mama fox. We look forward to returning to Irie Vibes next year! We enjoyed our stay so much and were all quite sad to leave.

My family (all 18+) enjoyed every moment at this location. The walk to the beach was quick, it was well stocked, and the pool was beautiful. Being near the main bridge was also a bonus, the travel time between town and the house was quick. We appreciated the communication from the owners and would consider returning to this home.

We were head over heels for this property! When I say they have everything they have everything! Beach towels, beach chairs, wagons, floats, ice maker, and so much more! The house is beyond clean and perfect for a group of 10-12 people. The pool is perfect, the kitchen table was amazing to be able to all eat dinner together. The walk to the beach is less then 3 minutes away and that is even carrying coolers, tents, and all the beach items! We loved being able to find a home we could take our two doodle dogs to and let them enjoy a vacation with us! They have dog toys, and also dog beds which we instantly felt like “wow these owners are amazing they love not only their guest but the fur babies” we will book again! Loved the walk to local coffee shops and sitting on the front porch swing with our friends. Owners were so kind and quick to respond when we had any questions! 10/10 would recommend!

The pool was awesome & heated perfectly. We loved the amount of pool toys/floats available to use. The ice maker downstairs was a great addition b/c we are fisherman so that came in extra handy!! The only issues we had was the front door lock would lock automatically sometimes & sometimes wouldn’t & the shower pan on the first floor would hold a puddle while showering. But, this wouldn’t stop us from renting here again. We had an overall awesome experience!!

This place is very cute! It’s decorated for the beach, plenty of space, accommodated our family perfect. A short walk to the beach, which is the absolute perfect place! We truly enjoyed our stay. Jason and Linda communicated quickly with any answers to our questions.

This was our first time visiting Holden Beach and we couldn’t have asked for a better home to spend our vacation in. Everything was clean, convenient, and had everything you could ever want or need. I love the addition of the bathroom by the pool area and the icemaker downstairs. Very helpful to have a buggy to carry items to the beach along with Beach Toys, chairs, and floats. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed using it even at night. We love this home so much we’ve already booked for next year!

Our family had a wonderful week here. Close, walking access to the beach, lots of provided chairs, wagons, sand toys, and an umbrella. The pool is as fabulous as everyone else has stated. Linda was fantastic with communication whenever we needed her. We had a wonderful time and will definitely book this home again!

We all loved the pool are and my girls loved the kids room! This house is nicely updated and was very cozy for my family and parents (6 people total). Short, direct walk to the beach. The pass-through garage area and beach gear (chairs, beach carts, umbrella, kids boogie boards) was a huge plus. Comfy beds. Would rent again.

The home was perfect for our needs. Everything from the pool, to the well stocked kitchen, to the host's communication was great. The house was also very clean and it's location is super convenient to the beach, as well as the bridge. Hope to come back soon!

The house is great- Clean and everything you need. We had kids so loved the beach carts and beach toys. Pool was our favorite - thanks for the flamingo floats. Our 4 year old niece was so excited. Beach is just down the road…we can’t wait to stay again!

Everything about this house is perfect. Great location just over the bridge onto HB. Quiet street only a couple of blocks from the beach and the ICW. The bedrooms are spacious and well-decorated. We spent Thanksgiving there and brought many of our own pots and kitchen tools. We needn't have. The kitchen already had everything we could have possibly needed. Front deck and back (overlooking the great pool) meant we outside as much as we were in. Owners have thought of everything. Can't wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is very well equipped and has pretty much everything you could need. The pictures of the pool don't do it justice; it's much larger than it looks. The home was clean and the dog blankets were a nice touch. It's a very short walk to the beach.

We had the best, most relaxing week. Not only did we luck out with the best weather, we lucked out with this house. It was everything we had hoped for, and then even more. I personally love to cook, and I was overly impressed with how stocked the kitchen was with cooking utensils, which made cooking so much easier.
The beds were comfortable, and spacious. I wasn't expecting for there to be linens and towels for us, I had told my crew that they needed to provide their own, a few of them didn't listen, and were thankful that the owners of the house had provided them. The pool was amazing, and the pictures actually do it justice! In truth, the pool was the main reason I wanted to rent this property.
And I'm very glad that we did. It was the perfect vacation spot, and was a 3 minute walk to the beach!
