The home is gorgeous and the sunsets are amazing! The lake is larger than we expected but the water was clear and refreshing - We swam, fished and kayaked and even rented a pontoon boat for a day! It was a wonderful vacation for two families and teen/adult kids.

Delightful house right on the lake. 3 kayaks and a canoe available. Great swimming, walking, boating. House is very well equipped and spacious and comfortable. Room air conditioners that were a lifesaver (we hit a heat wave). Owners extremely responsive. All good!

We had a party of 8 family members who stayed over the 4th of July, 2021. Although there was some rain during the week, we got to use our boat which was on the mooring out front, set up our massive float off of their dock, swim, fire up the fire pit and otherwise enjoy all the fun things about this lake front home. The canoe got a work out as well. Inside this home is magnificent. Bright and sunny with a lot of windows and great views. The four bedrooms were comfortable and having three bathrooms was a real plus. The large open kitchen accommodated our efforts in making some fantastic meals and everything we needed was at hand.. There was even a second refrigerator in the garage! The screened porch was a great place to congregate and there was a large deck in the front, facing the sun much of the day. We had people that needed to work off and on - remotely - and there was plenty of space to find some privacy to do so as well as conference calls. There is a bonus room on the ground floor which became a make shift office. So it all worked well. We grilled a lot but we did go out to dinner one night...a quick trip across the cut by boat to the Frye's Leap Store which has good food and outdoor seating. It was Trivia night. We enjoyed everything about our stay at this home and look forward to returning. The communication with the owner was terrific. Elizabeth was responsive in every way. If you are looking at this home to rent - go for it! You will love it.

My husband and I, along with our two early adult children and my parents stayed here for the week! The size of the house was perfect for us! The house was clean, well stocked and had wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces! We would definitely look to rent this property again!

This home is perfect. It is large without being formal or stuffy. It is well-equipped and comfortably furnished. The owners are so friendly that they feel like old friends. The setting is gorgeous. It feels like you are in the woods but you are only 15 min from stores/restaurants. The lake was still warm enough to swim and kayak into October. My favorite memories are kayaking over to the restaurant on Frye Island for dinner, getting takeout lobster to eat on the deck overlooking the lake, and constellation hunting at the fire pit. It was a magical month and I miss that screened in porch!

Awsome property! My family and I really enjoyed the beautiful view, the spacious deck, the dock, and swimming in the crystal clear lake. House was exceptionally clean and well laid out. Hoping to come back next year.

This house was outstanding, and exactly as advertised. On the lake, deep water dock for diving, boats to paddle in, and a gorgeous house, well appointed with excellent wi-fi, great TV, all you could want in a kitchen and terrific owners.

We had a wonderful stay on Sebago Lake. The house is well appointed, the lake is gorgeous and so relaxing to watch the sunset - the location and access to the lake is fantastic! The owners are kind and attentive. We enjoyed jet skis, a pontoon boat ride, bike rides, walks and wonderful seafood in the area. Can’t wait to spend more time in this area! Thanks for having us!

Maine is beautiful, Lake Sebago is beautiful and the property perfect for us (9 adults). It was a wonderful family vacation with sun, water, seafood, boat trips, kayaks and a nice outdoor fireplace. not to mention nice jaunts into Portland and Freeport.

There are so many settings to enjoy (sitting on the dock, by the fire pit, on the deck, or in the sun room) and it's hard to underestimate the convenience of the place. Everything you need--sheets, towels, kitchen supplies, shot glasses, bottle openers, speaker systems, etc.--seems to be available. It's both lovely and convenient.

The property Tantum was so gorgeous! The lake is clean and warm and Elizabeth had all the amenities we could possibly want or need. Fryes leap cafe was a plus being just a short boat ride away. We were so sorry to leave. Also even with 8 people the house is spacious and everyone had space for themselves. Highly recommend this property!!

We were so very pleased with everything about this rental that it's difficult to cite each aspect. Leave it to say that we hope to re-visit this house next year.

We had a wonderful family get-together at this beautifully built and furnished lakehouse. The kitchen was well equipped, there were several places to congregate, and the lakeside was lovely for swimming and boating--but with plenty of shade options for those of us needing to minimize our time in the sun. We visited Frye Island by canoe and car and did not find the ferry intrusive at all in our quiet enjoyment of the lake. Very comfortable bedrooms and beds with fans and a/c options. Having a bathroom on each level was handy. All in all, an outstanding and well cared for spot for a summer vacation!

Property is located directly across from Frye Island, great spot. Plenty of space in the house. Owners are VERY accommodating.

Elizabeth is very helpful and accommodating. The property is beautiful. We had a great time using the kayaks and jumping off the dock. Frye's Leap rock formation is right around the corner (a couple of minutes by kayak), and great for jumping into the water from various heights. We really enjoyed nights around the fire pit too.

This property was great for our needs of 10 gentlemen up in Sebago for a weekend away. There was ample space on the 3 floors to get away if you need to but all common areas are large enough to have a group together. All beds were very comfortable with rooms spacious and bright. Entire apartment was extremely clean. For those that enjoy sailing check out the personal map within the sunroom; evidence of a great journey! Access to canoes and kayaks afforded us shoreline fishing which was great. Kitchen space is well equipped for family style meals with 2 outdoor grills provided as well. If your looking for a family or vacation spot I would recommend Elizabeths place. You could enjoy the docks or hit the frye ferry a few minutes away for golfing family parks general store and sweeping beaches. The pictures also don't do this home justice it shows much nicer in person., though the snapshots are quite nice. Thank you for the trip!

The house was amazing. It has a great layout, very roomy, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely rent again.

This is a perfect location for a lakeside vacation in Maine. The listing description and pictures don’t show how comfortable and well equipped this place is. We were there for one of the warmest weeks of the summer. The whole house fan cooled the bedrooms down nicely for sleeping. The kitchen had everything for a group that likes to cook, including lobster pots. We also enjoyed the fire pit and watching the ferry after dark. Swimming from the dock was great. It was deep enough that diving was no problem. Supplied beach towels were new, fluffy and plentiful. We would definitely Iike to visit again.

The home was very very clean and fully equipped with everything from pots, pans, towels for bathing, boating and kitchen, ice bucket , and firewood ! The bedrooms are spacious and bright, plenty of room to spread out.awesome fire pit, awesome docks, no sandy beach but fresh clean water right off the dock with a ladder.

We had an amazing vacation at this home. It has an excellent layout and is in a beautiful and relaxing location. Elizabeth made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcomed. It was hard to leave, we would absolutely rent again!

We had a wonderful time, would love to come back. The house was modern and very clean with everything you need on vacation. The dock was so fun to hang out on. Loved that we could take the boat over to Frye general store and also get dinner. We saw fireworks off the pontoon boat we rented. Elizabeth was also wonderful about directions and time of arrival.
