For guests bringing their furry friends along, the large grass yard is fully fenced, providing a safe and secure space for your dogs to play. Max Occupancy: 8 guests 2. Max number of vehicles: 4 vehicles 3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat) 4. No trash shall be left outside of provided trash receptacles 5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties 6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF MANSON OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: 1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations) 2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee 3. Immediate eviction 4. Homeowners & hosts to lose their permit to operate Chelan County Vacation Rental Permit # 000260 PETS ALLOWED: We allow dogs only, a max of two dogs for a $200 pet fee. Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs. CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES: For security purposes, we have one outdoor camera overlooking the driveway/parking area and where the trash cans sit. This camera helps us with weather monitoring, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras. PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS: Parking is permitted for 4 vehicles. Guests need to be sure they don't block driveway access to neighboring homes. There may not be enough room for those bringing a boat trailer. Please contact your host for more information. VISITING LAKE CHELAN: Lake Chelan has a lot to offer to every group and family. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners). GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: 1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age 2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted 3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported. *Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits More information will be provided in our Rental Agreement and Welcome Packet.

Wonderful stay. The house is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Very clean. Yard is well taken care of and big enough to play games. Loved visiting all the winery's. Waking up to see the Lake is awfully nice. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

What a wonderful spot! We loved the home. It was so nicely decorated and maintained. There was also a lot of room for the whole group. The home is very close to multiple wineries as well. What a fun getaway- I hope to go back!

The home was perfect. There was something for those who wanted to stay home for the view and all the amenities of the home (stocked kitchen, deck, hot tub, large yard, separate game room). For those of us wanting to go out, we were close to swimming, wineries, downtown Chelan and Manson, boating and water skiing. The home was extremely clean and modern, parking was easy. Being on a dead end street provided a quiet and relaxing environment. This has become our go to place to stay!

Our family and friends had a wonderful time at this home. We were excited to book something last minute and interact with such helpful hosts. They ensured we were well prepared for our arrival. The home was spacious enough for the 8 of us (2 families of 4) and the kids loved being downstairs taking full advantage of the games, ping pong table and foosball. We enjoyed a friendly competition with the adults as well. Home was well cleaned and provided everything we needed. Having the hosts provide ground coffee made it super easy for us the first morning when we realized no one brought their own. The best part for us was the outside patio area where we ate dinner each night, relaxed with coffee in the mornings, and enjoyed having the hot tub later in the evenings when the evening temps cooled down. The location was perfect for us and allowed for morning walks into downtown Manson as well. We 100% recommend this home and will absolutely come back!
