Plenty of room to park all of your lake toys, BBQ, and enjoy the lake life!!! Pete's Place has three bedrooms and one bathroom, two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds and the third bedroom has two twins. Free wifi throughout the residence with a brand new Samsung Smart TV in the living room for all your entertainment needs. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is plenty of room to hangout around the bar or sit around the large dining room table. Washer and dryer is available for your convenience. The sliding glass door opens up to our cozy back yard where you can BBQ and dine under the gazebo. Enjoy the quail and other desert wildlife in the area along with the beautiful blue skies and starry nights! Guests have access to three bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, laundry room, backyard, gazebo, and BBQ grill. There is plenty of room to park your toys directly in front of the residence. The adjacent vacant desert lot next to our backyard is owned by our neighbors. Enjoy the desert wildlife and the scenery, but please respect their privacy and do not trespass onto their property. The interior locked storage room and the garage next door are private property and not accessible to guests. Please do not park your vehicles in any way that would block either garage door.
