This is definitely a stay again place. It is beautiful and nestled in the woods. The beds were very comfortable. There is a fire pit and gas grill in the back, and games to play. Everything you would need is supplied. Personal preference, we would have liked to see a small dresser with drawers in the bedroom and maybe a little table and some hooks in the bathroom to hang robes, wet towels etc. The owners were warm and welcoming and quick to respond.

The host was fabulous and the property exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a property away from GOTL strip but still close, this is the place for you! The cleanliness was above a 5 star. The small touches of snacks and abundance of toiletries and towels was a huge plus for us! We will be booking this place in the future. The only downfall is we didn’t find this property sooner! Thank you Amy for hosting this beautifully decorated place at GOTL.

Centrally located is this amazing home! The owners are responsive and thoughtful! They include the details that help you feel spoiled with the comforts of a home environment! Will not disappoint!

We had a great stay! Amy was so friendly and communication on check in and check out was straightforward. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We also enjoyed using the gas fire pit in the evening after a day out at the wineries. We would love to book again!

Great time with family because of the hosts

This cottage is absolutely amazing. So many details within the cottage made our stay fantastic. The cottage is close to the strip. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will be booking again.

So happy I selected this ‘brand new built’ rental home! First, it’s extremely clean, very well appointed with beautiful decor, furniture and flooring. The living room offers a big comfortable sofa with a large screen tv. The kitchen is a nice size and has everything you could need to make a delicious meal. The bedrooms offer wonderful comfy mattresses for a great night’s sleep. All the windows in the house have blinds for a feeling of privacy. Plus, the living room, kitchen and both bedrooms offer a separate Heat/AC remote for each room. Such an outstanding feature esp. for sleeping at a desired temperature you like. The front porch is covered with outdoor furniture as well as a picnic table. Out back there’s a gas grill and there’s also a zippered screened canopy with seating and a gas fire-pit. Bonus was it’s on a nice street and was approx. a 10 minute walk to the strip. We walked it easily every day while there. The owners are very attentive to detail and obviously take great pride in their vacation rental! They want to make sure you enjoy your vacation and are readily available if you have any questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful rental!!!
