Room was dirty and couch looked like it had been drug out of trash pile. Shower had zero water pressure

Business was run down, needed major overhaul, had drug addicts in the business staying there. Hotels.com should drop this business as a client. Sending a family to stay here is a crime.

When checking in I was very condescending informed they do not accept military ID's as a valid form of id. The lady checking me in was snarky. The cement stairs leading to the 2nd story where detaching from the building and i am betting would fail a code inspection. Wifi did not work and after dealing with the lady during check in it was not worth the hassle to complain about. The bedding had several cigarette burns. You would think in a non smoking room they would at least look at that. On the good side the gentleman we checked out with in the morning was very pleasant.

Graffiti in the bathroom bed bugs TV does not go lower dressers doors did not work properly drug infested area a wide range of police presence very seriously have to consider your safety of going to the gas station at night just for the fact that this is a drug scene place in other words I wouldn't not advise nobody to come here if you're going to pay $100 for something like this but not you really would be mad and probably would end up in jail by cussing these folks out

The overall stay was awesome. The only issue we had was that our sink got backed up, otherwise it was a really nice stay. Extremely clean.

When i made it to my room there were bugs and the room was nasty. I didn’t even stay i left my room key on the dresser and left for a different hotel. Do not recommend staying here.

Paid an extra 3 dollars online for breakfast and they didn’t have any. Said they needed to update that online. They should do that before taking extra money

Rooms smell like smoke and mold and the second room they switch is the same smell. Blankets were full of cigarettes holes.

The only thing to like was leaving. It was the absolute, most disgusting place I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying. We bought new pillows because the ones provided were incredibly thin, lysol because every surface was grimy & stunk of cigarettes and flip flops to wear during our showers.

Upon trying to check in I was informed to check in before 3PM was a $20 charge. I declined. The room itself was okay, carpet dirty. The outside of the building was disgusting with garbage in bags in the hallway the entire time I was there. Also the lock broke on my door so for the last 3 days of my stay I had to have someone from the office let me in the room. Overall the hotel is rundown and a mess.

Large piece of wood over where a window should have been. Room smelled of cigarettes and pot. Blood on towels. We were supposed to have a king suite. That was no suite. People yelling outside in middle of night. What appeared to be homeless people on the property

We were given the wrong room upon check-in. We booked a deluxe King room and were given a regular king room. We went back to the front desk and they fixed it without any issues. The door to our room, 248, didn't close or lock properly. We pulled it closed firmly behind us when we left but when we returned we were able to open it very easily. Both rooms we were in had lots of cigarette burns on both the sheets and on the comforter. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. Some of the bathroom tiles were dirty and grout was missing.

Everything was in disrepair. It was advertised on Expedia as "breakfast included". That was a lie. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke even though we requested a non-smoking room.

Wow. Just...wow. Room lock didnt work, an employee had to open the door with a special key. Drug deals, blaring, banging music into the night. Had to leave rather than spend the night. There is cheap and then there's CHEAP.
The staff was friendly and courteous, and the room was large, but the environment was one of the worst I've stayed in.

I believe the county uses this Hotel for jail overflow, or folks out on bail. At least there were police posted there from 8pm until 6am. The Hooters across the street was nice, the staff was nice also. Lots of channels on the TV, had to get my key card reset 3 times.

Not so much as a cup of coffee. Continental breakfast, which was supposed to be, was not even available to anyone. Stairs to our room were blocked so we had to jump a wall to access our room. Many burn holes in our bedspread. Rooms were not ready at check in time. The place has potential, unfortunately, they were not being met. I think there may be a syaff shortage. AMERICA NEEDS TO GET BACK TO WORK!

This hotel was the dirtiest hotel I have ever booked. The drapes were ripped, the bathroom was filthy and the room was basically so disgusting that after the wedding we decided to just go home and turned in the key. Management didn’t even offer a different room. The thought of even getting in the bed was revolting Should have taken pictures but didn’t think of it until after we got home

First of all they don't even let you go to the front desk to check in. There is like a ticket booth type window you go to which was very weird and you wait outside until the person in front of you leaves that booth. Area is sketchy. Checked into the room and checked right back out. Absolutely disgusting. Bedding had stains, pillows looked 20 years old. Couch was dirty and dishes. Room smelled like someone lived in it smoking for years and the room wasn't a smoking room. I felt gross from the 5 minutes we were in the room. Had been driving all day/night completely exhausted, and this was the only hotel/motel available within hours, but would rather keep driving for additional hours though the night than stay at this dump!

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived after the check in time and our non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. I’m pregnant and it was awful and nauseating. With the 30 degree whether our heater didn’t work and no one was going to come and fix it when I called. Thank you for the lung cancer and cold after this stay.

Terrible service. There was trash on the floor in the room. I asked for late check out after working ALL night and they told me they dont do that and then the manager told me he would put me on some kind of “list”. They were rude, and this is a terrible place to stay. Do not recommend. Horrible customer service and terrible management!! Sh*tty place to stay.

I checked into our room and stayed for a total of 1 hour ( so I could find another room )
Extremely sketchy area , blood stains on the bed , and mold in the shower . Disgusting .

It was frightening. Slept with one eye opened. Your pictures must have been from the 60’s this place should be torn down it’s beyond repair. We left at 4am since none of us could sleep and feel save. Never never again. I’ve camped a lot and had better accommodations.
