Located in Hilton Head Island, this attractive house for $526 per night is a great option for your next trip. Located just minutes from the beach, our beautiful vacation home has everything you're looking for! This home is newly painted and furnished, with new ROKU tv's provided, including the loft area. Enjoy a short walk to the beach, or rent some bikes to travel to the best beaches in Hilton Head. You could also use the easily accessible Sea Pines bike paths to get you to South Beach Marina or Harbour Town without ever needing a car. The house is also convenient to all of Sea Pines' wonderful golf courses and the Hilton Head Island Tennis Resort. The comfortable bedrooms include 3 ensuite bedrooms, plus a full bedroom with a sink, and access to the hall bath. The upstairs loft has 4 beds, making 5 bedrooms! Each bedroom and loft area includes new smart TVs. - 1 king master bedroom - master bath with shower and tub - 1 king master bedroom - master bath with walk-in shower - 1 queen master bedroom - master bath with walk-in shower - 1 queen bedroom with private access to the deck - sink in room - Full bathroom in hallway - walk-in shower - Loft area includes a full bed and 3 twin beds The fully stocked kitchen is sure to impress, with everything you'll need to share a meal together. The dining table seats 10, as well as 4 additional stools in the eat-in kitchen. A gas grill is also provided on the deck. After your meal, there is ample seating in the vaulted living room, or find additional seating poolside. The private backyard includes a large pool with a waterfall and fountains that will easily entertain your whole group! An outdoor shower is just around the corner from the pool, ideal for rinsing off after the beach. Pool can be heated for a fee of $400 per week. This vacation home also includes a full size washer and dryer. Beach towels are NOT included. The accessible garage has an extra full size refrigerator and freezer for storing additional food and drinks. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute bike ride - closest access is the paved path between Snowy Egret Rd and Surf Scoter Rd. You can also bike or walk to golf courses, South Beach Marina (Salty Dog Cafe), Harbour Town, Lawton Stables, and the Sea Pines Nature Preserve. Please remember this is a non-smoking home. *4 car maximum, no parking on street or landscaping* *Sea Pines gate passes not included with rental, but can be purchased at the gate for $30 CASH per week*

Our extended family stayed for a week (7 adults and 2 babies) and the property was perfect! Matt and Katie were the best hosts, incredibly informative and quick to respond to our questions. The house was a short walk/bike to the beach and central to everything we needed. The pool was perfect and much needed in the july heat. We would absolutely stay here again!

House was as described. Kids loved having the pool there. My only suggestion is when going to the beach make sure you have some type of wagon, wether its pulled by hand or attached to a bike. It would have made going to the beach easier. The beach there was super nice, quiet, not crowded, very family friendly.

We loved our 1st trip to Hilton Head! The house was beautiful & the backyard was awesome! We all enjoyed the pool & time outside! Matt was easy to communicate with and whenever I had a question he got back to me immediately! We would definitely come back here!

We had a great time. Property was clean and well appointed. Plenty of room for everyone. Communication was excellent. My only suggestion would be for beach chairs to be available and more plastic drinkware for use by the pool. Thanks so much. Would stay here again.

The property was perfect for our extended family. The children loved the loft area and had a bathroom they could use close to the main living area. We used the large deck for most of our meals. The huge inside table was great area to play card games at night. The location was great and it was easy to get to the beach, South Beach and fishing by biking. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. Matt, the owner, took care of a heating issue with the pool very quickly after my daughter informed him of the problem.

We recently stayed at this property with our adult (21 years old) kids and my parents. The house was great! Four bedrooms meant everyone had their own space, and the loft was a nice addition for my brother who came and stayed for a few days. Location is great, right in the middle of Sea Pines, quick bike ride to the beach and also to harbour town and south beach marina. The house had everything you could need and the pool, with waterfall was perfect. It was a chilly week for May so we heated the pool and enjoyed it into the evening. The hosts were very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We thouroughly enjoyed our experience here.

Great house, pet friendly and shade just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Listing was accurate and had all the amenities that we expected. Heated pool was an added bonus for cooler days and was especially enjoyed.

We had a great stay at this property. The backyard outdoor space is amazing- lots of room for everyone to sit and enjoy the outdoors. We loved the pool and used it 24/7. It was well worth paying for pool heat as it was so enjoyable in the cooler temps. We had plenty of space to spread out and our kids loved the loft area. We will definitely be back! The beds were comfortable and the bikes that the house has (while older) functioned just fine! The beach was a quick ride away so that was never an issue. Thank you for a wonderful week at your home!!!!

We loved our stay at this nice home. The main room is bright and open as shown in the pictures. The bedrooms are spacious and all but one has an attached bathroom, all updated. We really enjoyed the pool which is very nice and has a secluded feel as the backyard has a perimeter of nice landscaping. Matt could not have been more responsive to our pre-check in questions and helping us navigate an early check out due to the threat of hurricane Ian. We will definitely return to this property.

Vrbo stated beach access 7 minutes by bike and its not...I thought we could walk to beach as was stated on site which showed a path....not true...I rent beach houses every year...was not happy with the deceptive advertising...

This is a wonderful homey feel house with everything you need for an effortless vacation. Fully stocked kitchen (even an extra fridge in garage), comfy beds with lots of pillows, kleenex, soap, shampoo and lotion in baths, pool with lots of lounge chairs and pool toys, outside shower, beach towels and even bicycles! We really enjoyed that we could bike to a less crowed beach area 5 minutes away. Truly can't think of one thing they have missed. Even had a deer drop by the backyard one evening! Plus the owner is super quick to respond!! Which saved us from a horrible booking situation with Vacasa, but that is a whole different review! Thanks again for rescuing us, we would absolutely return to this rental.

The neighborhood was lovely and we all enjoyed the bike trails! Pool and deck provided great place for group activities. The only mentionable would be advance notice for the $22 CASH ONLY gate fee. We had family from 4 different areas/cars and none of us carry a lot of cash! It was a fun time and we would return!

This was our first time to HHI. The property owner was wonderful. Great communication, great follow up, everything in the house was in order when we arrived and had no issues at all throughout the entire week. We all enjoyed the pool so much. We’d recommend taking the option to heat it, even though it is the middle of summer! Another great VBRO experience. Thank you.

Peggy was excellent to work with! She answered very quickly each time I had a question during the reservation process. The kids loved the pool and it was a good size. The kitchen was excellently equipped. Included are beach bikes, beach towels, umbrellas, and a beach cart. lt was a great vacation home for our family!!

We have been waiting for this trip since pre-Covid and it was all we could have asked for and more! Peggy was excellent with communication, answering/responding to questions quickly and patiently. The layout of the house was just what we needed for our three families to spread out, yet enjoy our time together. The beach was about a 1/2 mile from the house (quick bike ride or casual walk) and was clean with plenty of space for everyone! We would definitely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Peggy was an excellent host, and the property was beautiful! A group of a few friends and our spouses stayed comfortably at the house with no issues! The property was in a great location that was within walking distance of the beach. I will for sure be staying here in the future if we return!

We had a great week. The location of the house is great and Peggy was very accommodating and responsive. It was more than enough space for the family and we felt at home for the week. The house probably needs a few updates as some things had usual rental “wear and tear” but overall the location, cleanliness and pool more than made up for it.

My wife and I just completed a 3-week stay. We loved the house. The location is fantastic. Very quiet, peaceful area. Close to the bike path, a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Easy bike ride to Harbor Town. The house is very roomy. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Extra refrigerator in the garage is a nice feature. There are 10 bikes in the garage, and we used the bikes every single day. Terrific deck and pool area. Owners are super responsive and easy to work with. Simple check in with door code. Loved the house. Hated to leave.
