The space The first floor includes an in-unit washer and dryer, fully-stocked kitchen, newly remodeled bathroom, and cozy living room with futon that converts to a full sized bed (linens for the futon are located in the closet under the stairs). TV has a Roku plugged in, just enter your streaming passwords and enjoy a movie. The second floor is accessible via stairs which is where you will find the main bedroom with a queen size bed, window air conditioning unit to keep you cool in the summer, and a large closet to store your belongings. Out the back door of the kitchen, a patio awaits, and includes a bistro table and chairs for your enjoyment. 1 parking space is available for guests right in front of the guesthouse. Motion sensor lights are located on the back and front of the guesthouse. Motion sensor light camera faces the shared driveway to illuminate your walk to the front door and lockbox. Free, fast Wifi throughout. The guesthouse is sprayed for bugs on a quarterly basis. I am proud to pay my cleaners a living wage. You will have the entire guesthouse and back patio to yourself during your stay. All living spaces are private. Other things to note: This is a smoke and pet-free property. No cigarettes, vaping, cigars, weed or animals of any kind. check out instructions: lock the guesthouse and return the key to the lockbox. The house has a legal occupancy of 2 people.
