This was our second year in a row staying at smoke rise, it is a Beautiful cabin and is in a perfect location to get to all the things to do. It is also perfect if you just want to stay at the cabin and simply RELAX!!

This cabin was ADORABLE! It was incredibly clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved the whirlpool tub, and we appreciated all the extra towels. Would love to stay here again!

There are zero complaints!! My husband and I stayed a week..and we hated to leave! The deck is simply perfect…we used the lights a couple of evenings and just relaxed out there. We are blown away by this beautiful little spot. All we could ever want!! Thanks so much!! I’m

We enjoyed our stay at Smoke Rise cabin. One room cottage. It was clean. But the late 4 PM check-in and early 10 AM check out is a little inconvenient when trying to make the most of one’s vacation.

This was perfect! We came to stay a week in the smokies as we looked and looked from hotels to cabins I was a little nervous at first but decided to go with the cabin because of the 500+ five stars reviews.. well they do lye. This place was perfect for the 2.5 of us for our week long trip. Comfort of your own home while you’re away and the best part no other people around you. Definitely the quiet side of the Smokies It truly is Gods country Can’t wait to get back and try her other places she has to offer.

My husband & I travel often. This is my 1st less than 5 star rating. Irritations: arrived at 3:40, sign on door states Absolutely No Entry before 4, no one there so we drove around, 1st time no shampoo & 2 teeny tiny soaps (3 night stay), leaking washing machine (huge pool of water), upon exiting at the VERY EARLY checkout 10AM, the manager was idling in front of the cabin. We noticed them at 9:45AM. As soon as we backed out at 10, they pulled in. In our opinion this was not very hospitable. This really made us feel anxious on our vacation. Would NOT rent again; however we will return to this lovely town.

Very clean and private, unable to access the main channels on the tv, said I needed password sent text to owner Friday evening got a response Saturday mid morning but we were already out for the day, we tried password, no luck sent another message on Saturday late afternoon and got a response Sunday morning a little before check out. Although we received a refund of $25 I feel this is unsatisfactory. Also the grill needs some attention, the left knob is about striped and the flame deflectors need to be replaced. Overall we enjoyed our weekend spent at the Smoke Rise.

I have been visiting the Smokies for 30 years, always staying in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. This was our first stay in Townsend. The cabin was amazing, perfect for our two night stay for river sampling. The location was excellent and beautifully quiet. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I booked this stay to spend one full day of uninterrupted reading and reflection. It did not disappoint. The cabin was perfect...clean, comfortable and cozy. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to do... absolutely nothing :)

It was my favorite cabin I have ever stayed. The location is perfect, close enough if you need or want to get to town, but far enough to feel “in the woods”. The cabin provides everything needed. Definitely would go back.

The location was perfect for where we wanted to be to access the National Park, away from the hustle bustle of Gatlinburg and a lot of people. Loved taking morning walks in the neighborhood and listening to the birds and seeing the deer. Very short distance from town where you can find plenty of restaurant choices and the local IGA. Cynthia has thought of everything when it comes to your needs. The cabin was cozy and a welcoming place to return to after being out all day. Don’t hesitate to stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

This cabin is just what your looking for as a quiet get away from it all. It is ideal for a wildlife photographer being that is so close to Cade’s Cove and if you wanted to go to Gatlinburg that isn’t that far away either.

The cabin has ample room for a couple. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessities. The host supplied enough supplies (dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee) that we didn't need to buy any for our 3-night stay. Convenient to Cades Cove, Wears Valley and Maryville.

We enjoyed the weekend very much! Everything about the property was as advertised. we enjoyed the fireplace and the comfort of the bed. The location was just what we sought, on the quiet side of the Smokies near the small town of Townsend. We did some hiking and visited Cades Cover but mostly just relaxed!
