Extra rooms abound, including a den and pool/sun room with a sleeper sofa and its own 1/2 bath. The upstairs hosts two very large bedrooms and comfortable third room. The suite bedroom includes a king-sized bed, an electric fireplace, a spa shower and a walk-in closet. Down the hall is another very large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and air hockey table. The third bedroom is smaller but spacious with a queen-sized bed. The two additional upstairs rooms share a full bath with a tub, as well as two half-baths downstairs. You will find well-appointed details throughout the house, such as a "smart" stove and oven, granite counters, and wood floors everywhere. Outdoors is ample "play space" for children including swimming pool, basketball, and large yard for all sports. You will have access to the whole house besides the basement, garage, and a few storage areas. We hope you will treat it as if it were your own. This is our home which we share during extended holidays, in a friendly neighbourhood where quiet and privacy is valued.
