température dans les chambres très inconfortable 25,5 degré, impossible de baisser la température, air climatisée ne fonctionne pas ont doit ouvrir une petite fenêtre pour avoir un peux d’air et par se fait même beaucoup de bruit!

The mangment of hotel was professinal and manage and the inquires of customers very professionally.

The staff was very polite and professional. THE quality of food in breakfast and dinner were excellent.The room was clean. The staff was trained how to comminucate with customer professionally and respond their inquires politely.

Ótima opção de hospedagem em Ottawa.

Hotel novo moderno, quarto espaçoso, cama confortável. Café da manhã muito gostoso e bem servido. Equipe muito gentil e receptiva. Localização excelente do hotel, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos.

Quarto com pouca iluminação. Apesar do chuveiro ser ótimo, foi um pouco complicado entender seu funcionamento.

The hotel location and facilities.

The ladies that were assisting with breakfast were not friendly and a bit rude. At some point, I was very offended. Most especially the black lady. I don't know her name. She's was very rude to my family and I.

Excellent, would stay again

The location was absolutely perfect, I felt safe enough to be out late at night and walk back. Very close to all popular locations. Great amenities, room was very clean and comfortable.

The showers are a bit dangerous. If the slightest bit of shampoo or soap gets on the floor it gets very very slippery, there is nothing to hold on to. I had a few near misses of almost falling over.

Disappointing

Hotel location and Breakfast are good.

Front desk support is limited and not helpful. For Japanese guests, it is recommended to provide the rooms with bathtub.

building was old. specifically 7th floor was like a old rental units and even smelled very bad and some of the rooms were used for other purposes than a hole room.

A great vacation.

I loved how clean the room was. Our room location was great. I wonder if a room right next door would be noisy.

The ceiling in the parking garage looked like it was going to fall down. Some of the spots were super tiny.

Breakfast was great. The woman at the front desk was great and very helpful at check in. And was also the same women on check out. Super helpful.

the location is the only good thing about this hotel

1- the safe in the room didn’t work. 2- parking is not even worth the price, the parking company workers are rude and the ticket doesn’t always reliably work. 3- fire alarm goes off in the room with very minimal heat (shower steam). 4- elevators were slow and only one went to the garage.

Disappointing

great location close to Rideau Centre, Byward Market, Parliament, etc.

Hotel advsertised a pool and hot tub. The hot tub was out of order indefinitely and the pool water was too cold for swimming. We booked this hotel for these facilities so it was very disappointing. Feels like false advertising because it's part of the facilities promised and the hotel does not deliver what we paid for. Only 1/3 elevators was working so the wait was quite long. Bedding on the foldout couch was not clean (stained pillowcase and blanket)

Great service, shower and location

Ventilation didn't work, bathroom was covered in water from the steam of the shower. Bedroom was stuck at 24C -- too warm. We lowered the temperature, but no air came out of the vents. As we were only there for one night, we didn't have time to call the front desk for assistance.

Nice hotel, need to think about the reception area.

Friendly staff Room was spacious and clean

The hallways smell strongly of cannabis, not the hotels fault, but they should be enforcing the no smoking policy. The reception was always busy and often unclean. Lots of guests seem to be loitering in this area for large parts of the day, treating it like a social gathering point, eating meals from tupperware. This isn't that bad but wasn't very in keeping with the business/ professional prices charged for the rooms. The lifts were constantly breaking, a nightmare when trying to reach the 6th floor.
