What a fabulous room for the price! I was thrilled having never experienced Niagara Falls before!

We thought the Breakfast was pretty good. (It was a pay Breakfast but we were given a discount coupon). It was a busy time of day and a holiday weekend so we had to wait awhile but the food was yummy! We got room 1539 which was a fabulous view room! We didn’t want to go anywhere because the view was so beautiful! It was peaceful there, too. We also loved the whirlpool tub which we loved soaking in after a busy week of work and intense interactions! The bed and pillows were very comfy! The girl who checked me in was AMAZING! She acted like she knew me and was so helpful and friendly and excited to tell me that I got the view room that I was hoping for! The location was close to where you could walk to catch a tram down to the rim view of the falls!

Didn’t like to have to pay for parking but at least they give you a ride back from the overflow lot!

Amazing view!!! Very nice and helpful staff, comfortable beds. It’s great that they let you bring a pet (definitely not a given in Canada) - we travelled with a dog.

The hotel is old, and not very clean. There was food left by previous guests in the fridge when we arrived. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. The linen had yellowish patches.

Disappointing.

The staff is excellent but how the y advertise the room is such a scam, they tell you it has a “FALLS VIEW” but all I see is the hotel in front. Paid extra to have a “FALLS VIEW” but all i see is the dumpster from the other hotel. Good location but do not fall for this.

Too many problems for the price

It was very close to the convention center and the gym was well-equipped for a small hotel gym. Overall the staff were friendly and accommodating.

There was a discrepancy between what the hotel had for my booking and what booking.com had, so checking in was an ordeal. The on-site parking was full so they parked us down the road in a pretty dark lot that was not monitored; moreover, their instructions were vague and we could have parked in a different lot where we would have been ticketed. The room was a little untidy (for instance, the soap was out of its package and had a hair on it). The advertised river view was partially obstructed.

L’emplacement proche des chutes

- propreté - attention ce n’est pas un radisson avec les standards européen. Il n’a que le nom ! - parking payant mais au final pour ne ps pouvoir se garer devant l’hotel mais sur un terrain vague a 5minutes - accueil donnant de mauvaises informations - équipements non fonctionnels. Nous sommes arrivés dans la soirée et on a constaté que la douche ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons appelé le service d’etage qui a passé 1:30 a reparer le mecanisme.. ce n’est ps ce que j’avais en tête pour une soirée de repos après 8 heures d’avion et 3 heures de voiture

Not a good an experience staying at the Radisson hotel as we expected.

The staff were very helpful and professional.

The breakfast set up was not good when only a dollar was offered it hardly mattered, it was more annoying than anything else. The parking choices and price. The òhotel is starting to look dowdy and in need of an update in its decor.

Leider stimmt der Name des Hotels nur noch bedingt.

Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Parkplatz.

Früher hatte das Hotel freien Blick zu den Fällen, allerdings ist er jetzt durch einen anderen Hotelkomplex zur Hälfte verbaut. Die Fenster sind geschlossen, so dass man den Blick mur durchs Glas hat.

I surprised my aunt by booking a falls view room. She was ecstatic! We were only there for a night but we enjoyed it.

Radisson is in a great location to the falls! Also, lovely rooms!

Breakfast would be a great addition. Also, parking is way too much on site.

Good but can even be much better if cleaning the carpets and dusting the place will be in place

Rates were considerably good as we just stay overnight and location was pretty decent.

The only complaint we have is the smell of the room inside. It seems the carpet is already due for cleaning. Smells like it didn’t get cleaned for a long time. There is also a dust on the side bed table and TV stand which I assume nobody did the cleaning. I have an allergy and asthma that’s why this is one of the important factors I’m looking every time we are staying in a hotel.

The inside of this hotel could do with some updating. Room had a musty smell. Furniture was damaged. 45 dollars parking charge a night was absurd, when they were parking lots across the street charging 5 dollars. Total rip-off

Beautiful, awe-inspiring place

Magnificent view, right over the falls.

The massive tv set compromised our magnificent view. Crazy to have a tv in that position. Please ditch the tv and marvel at the power of the falls instead!

View from the room was beautiful! Location was good, incline railway was around the corner which brought you to the visitor center that includes journey behind the fallsas well as a gift shop and restaurants.

One of the two elevators was not working the first day, lines were very long to get to out room. No gift shop or place to buy snacks or drinks. There was a small drink machine on some of the floors.

Be careful to reserve room with unobstructed view.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and gave us a very nice room that had a great view to Horseshoe Falls.There is a beautiful manicured and quiet walk path with ample seating areas, just to the left of the large Marriot. However, this gorgeous walkway does not offer many views. It is perfect for the early morning runner!

I was disappointed by the distance to walk to the falls overlook, but the taxis were not terribly overpriced. I wish there had been at least a continental breakfast and coffee in the lobby. I can imagine that many, if not most of the rooms, will not offer the view that we had. The Marriott in front blocks the full view of the US falls and the fireworks. I highly recommend that the hotel offer a shuttle service to the falls overlook area. That would improve the overall value the hotel.

I was very happy with our stay.

Was very happy with our room and staff at check in was very friendly helpful. Check in was also super quick.

I was happy with the restaurant breakfast choices but what we ordered was good. Just would have liked to have a few more simple options. I did think parking cost was kinda high.

Too pricey for the slight amenities offered.

The actual Niagara Falls were beautiful. Decent shower head in the room.

No breakfast included. No whirlpool. The location was near the Falls, but on the opposite end of the activities. The window view was of the parking lot. The Parking they offered away from the hotel was an unsecured lot priced at $35 per night. Very unacceptable considering the location and surroundings.
