They charge a resort fee and do not clean your room daily. The restaurant in the hotel was closed often. The carpet needed a good vaccum in common area and in my room. The staff weren't the most welcoming.

We have stayed at the Ramada Plaza for years. We’ve always had a great experience. This time we were in an unrenovated room. The comforter did not have a duvet cover and looked horrible. The room was very dated and not the most clean. The air conditioner was broken and rattled very loudly.

The location by our family cemetery is the only good thing about the hotel
I didn't like that the pictures you see online don't match the room you get, at all. Heater/ AC didn't work. Pillows were awful and small.

the room was comfortable, I had a nice room.
they had just changed their POS system and it took a VERY long time to check in and out again. it was a bit frustrating but overall, a good place to stay, off the strip.

Outdoor pool was closed and it was hot ,I would have enjoyed sitting outside by the pool.

The hotel was bigger than I thought with lots of parking. The rooms were bigger than I expected & the hotel was quiet. I loved the location, just a short ride to all the main attractions. We were able to walk to restaurants and other shopping right in the area. The pool looked great but unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it, maybe next time.
Even though Don Cherry restaurant closed at 11 we arrived at 9:55 and was told the kitchen was closed. If you’re going to be open till 11 you should be serving food until closer to that time. Either that or you should be staying open later especially since it was a Friday night. Mike and Angelos got our business instead. I had requested early check-in but we weren’t able to check in until 330. Kind of hampered our plans for the day.

Check in/out process was friendly and efficient. The woman working at the front desk was so helpful and patient! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Pretty standard, but nothing fancy. Having 2 restaurants on site was convenient with lots of retail nearby. The outdoor pool area was a great addition and we enjoyed some sunny pool time with towels provided.
The rooms are great, but the hotel is a little dated. It has everything needed, but is starting to feel dated and worn down.
