The pool was vary murky, we had planed to swim but quickly changed our mind

First room we got had a bathroom with a broken lock. Maintenance took forver to come and we asked for another room. Metress and pillows were not comfortable at all. The most absurd thing I noticed was asking for a tip on a invoice for a breakfast buffet with uncleaned tables and self service. This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed so far.

Wrong room… gave me a queen instead of a king ….fan did not work in restroom

The staff is fantastic, for breakfast they have a buffet I was able to make my own waffle it was nice. The room was really big and the bed very comfortable. If you don’t drive they are only 20 minutes walk from the subway. They also have a bar and super cool and chill living room area.

my overall stay was great! the staff was friendly the food was amazing. Parking was great as well. Housekeeping was very accommodating. I would definitely book again. very clean, and the staff was helpful with letting us know about attractions things around the city

The $16 breakfast was to much in my opinion. My only complaint is the bed was to hard. I didn't sleep well because of it.

1. Bed was uncomfortable 2. Not enough pillows and linen. We had to ask extra for our kids, and they didn't give pillows and bed sheets. 3. Too expensive for the accommodation that we got, and the facility itself is just plain. I booked a Hilton because I was expecting a better accommodation than La Quinta and Best Western. But it was a disappointing experience. I don't mind paying more...that's Why I booked Hilton accommodation. But my family felt robbed. No menu in rooms, no channel guide, very basic furniture , very uncomfortable bed, very basic,cheap linens, outdated carpeting, small pool, smaller fitness room. The door in our suite is broken and wouldn't stay shut. And when we dialed 0 for room service, they don't even answer calls. We will not stay in Hilton again.

I loved the location and the amenities!

I did not like that when I searched this particular hotel it stated Breakfast included but once I got there they stated we had to pay. I always choose hotels that has breakfast especially when I take my kids with me. At the rate I paid, the breakfast definitely should have been included.

The hotel was clean and customer service was good. The location is close to a mall and places to eat.

The parking is not the most convenient but it is free.

They seemed short-staffed. One person ran the bar and restaurant. She was great but over worked. One staff member at the front desk was very rude. He seemed stressed by too much work.

The parking was up hill from the hotel. I could see this being a problem for someone with mobility issues.

I think the staff could’ve been a little friendlier upon arrival. They were a little wrapped up in their conversation amongst themselves. Our room was decent. Not super clean like I’m used to having. The breakfast was $16.95 per person and it was definitely not worth that. Just not a good value. Overpriced for what you get.

The location was perfect for us! We came to the area for Taylor Swift’s concert in ATL, so this was right off the highway + super convenient. Any store or restaurant you’d need is only a short drive away. It was just us two girls on this trip, so we were nervous traveling alone in Atlanta but we couldn’t have picked a better hotel for us. the staff was super helpful + friendly as well.

The room was pretty nice, clean and comfortable. I ordered food. They didn't have a large menu but the food it was good.

The location isn't great. It's in the middle of nowhere. You can walk to a mall with some food options but the path is not very friendly.

The hotel was clean, they had a lot of options for snacks and drinks in the lobby store and the bar was nice. After the check-in fiasco the staff seemed very nice.

Check-in was subpar. I went to the counter to wait to be acknowledged while 2 coworkers were having a conversation when I noticed I left my cell phone in the car. I went to the car to get my phone and by the time I came back in they were helping another customer. So I figured they may have noticed her and decided to cut their conversation short. The door to our room was open the front desk staff said the housekeeping staff didn't pull the door shut. The shower head was leaking badly made the whole floor wet when we took a shower.

Location was close to midtown (15 mins drive) and to several restaurants and grocery places.

There was smell in the room due to humidity. AC would stop cooling at night probably due to heavy loads.
