Das Hotel ist natürlich sehr gut gelegen. Ein Katzensprung an den Times Square. Coole Lobby mit Aussenbereich als Rooftop-Bar. Zimmer für New Yorker Verhältnisse gross.
Die Lobby befindet sich nicht auf Street-Level, das Personal scheint eher die Aufgabe zu haben den Eingang und den Lift zu bewachen anstelle bspw. einen Gepäckwagen zur Verfügung zu stellen.

I loved the warm welcoming atmosphere. The roof top bar amazing. The social vibe of hotel is Amazing. The staff very friendly. Perfect location in the midst of everything. Would definitely come back.
The air in our room was working which made sleeping at night difficult.

Everything was great! The location of the hotel, the comfort of the room and the bed, the breakfast, the happy hour with DJ, the view of Times Square and the terrace and of course the quality of the staff :-) it is sure that we want to come back!

Super Lage am Times Square! Metro-Station in der Nähe. Zimmer mit fantastischem Ausblick auf den Times Square. Doppelbetten für zu Zweit eher knapp (ca. 140 cm breit), aber war ok für paar Tage (wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie unterwegs mit 2 Teenager 15J./17J.).
Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet (für amerikanische Verhältnisse top). An 2 Tagen mussten wir anstehen für Frühstück, aber die restlichen 4 Tage ging es rasch. Frühstück pro Person USD 30 eher teuer. Das Frühstücks-Personal war sehr freundlich. Hingegen die Bedienung am Abend & an der Bar eher unfreundlich. Tolle Terrasse!
Alles in allem würden wir dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen!

Direi nulla. Forse un po di ingorgo agli ascensori e alla colazione ma noi eravamo mattinieri e alle 7 eravamo i primi e non abbiamo mai dovuto aspettare

Excellent location and view from the room (see attached photo, we were at the 26th floor), very nice and comfortable room. Great breakfast, lots to choose from. Ate dinner in the Beast & Butterflies restaurant and really liked it as well. Staff was nice & pro, housekeeping very efficient. Bed was very nice and comfortable.

Sometimes mix up in restaurant with food and service. Bar staff tended to be not as friendly as other staff, they ignore you a bit when you were the only person at the bar.

Ausgezeichnet Lage am Time Square und mehr als ausreichendes und sehr gutes Frühstück. Dies Aussicht vom Frühstückraum und der Lounge und Bar über dem Timesquare ist fabelhaft. Es ist ein Wintergarten im 7 Stock, der Basisebene des Hotels.
Man sollte keine 4 Bettzimmer Buchung machen, das der Schrank nur für 2 Gäste maximal reicht. Besser 2x2 Zimmer zum fast gleichen Preis.

Great location for Times Square. The subway, theatres and park are also conveniently located too.
The fittings seem a bit dated and worn. You pay a lot just for the location and view. Lifts and common areas always seem busy.

Location near to main amenities
Some parts of the room were clean, others less clean (for instance we found a sock on the floor behind the curtain, probably pertaining to previous occupants - it means the carpet was not cleaned in that spot). Carpet is never a good solution for cleanliness, so we suggest to remake rooms without it (when it will be done)

The hotel was very centrally located. We loved that we could see Times Square from our room & the views from breakfast were amazing - Times Square out the two story windows was just breathtaking.
Our room was well-appointed; even though there were 4 adults, the room didn't seem small or cramped & we really benefitted from the storage in the closet area (there's a space perfectly-sized for an open suitcase) & have a small fridge.
The lights from flashing billboards, etc north of Times Square reminded us we were in the heart of Manhattan, but when we pulled both layers of curtains closed, the room was dark & it was easy to sleep. We were on the 16th floor, so - though we could hear traffic, sirens, etc, it wasn't bothersome.
We found the room very clean & bright & comfortable. It was so nice to have a comfy refuge to return to after a long day of exploring NYC.
The elevators were fast & we never waited more than a minute or two. The breakfast was absolutely worth the extra cost (we booked a room rate that included breakfast). There were so many options & such good service. We also really liked the whole vibe of the hotel - very trendy & modern, but not so much so that my elderly parents (in their 70's) felt out of place.
I agonized over picking a hotel so that all the members of our traveling party would be comfortable & accommodated & I feel like M Social absolutely hit all the marks for us.
The only thing that was less than ideal was when we initially arrived, we didn't understand that we needed to take an elevator up to the check-in lobby. There was no one there to tell us & no signage. Eventually someone came out of the elevator & told us, so we tried to do the same when we were coming in & out & saw people with suitcases in the street lobby.

The staff is fabulous, the decoration is modern, the location is excellent. The staff is one of the main reasons I will return to this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The location
The rooms were small, the bathroom in our premium room was not good at all and the cleaning didn’t happen in our room. We left for the day at 11:30am and came back late at night and the room had not been touched at all. It was awful. When we called for cleaning service…we literally were given towels and sheets to change the bed ourselves. Unacceptable. We changed hotels the next day.

The staff were amazing! So warm, welcoming and professional. Right on par to the most elite hotels.
The pillows are comfortable, but could use some replacing. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

We loved the location and the views of Broadway from our window. The personnel is very friendly and quick. Room was clean and spacious.
A noisy private corporate Jameson Inc. party on St.Patricks day in the lounge area with lots of screaming, drunk people and loud music. Terrace was partially closed off for the guests due to this.
