Great place to stay.

Great location, comfy rooms, Very clean, helpful staff.

There were no handrails in the bathroom which is a concern for older folks. Hot breakfast was okay but not great.

Disappointing facility, staff was fine.

Breakfast was adequate. More fruit would be nice.

TV didn’t work. No drain plunger in sink is very dangerous if anything valuable got dropped into sink. Toilet ran all night.

De ligging (dichtbij de grand canyon)

Onaardig incapabel personeel. Zéér ouderwetse, smoezelige kamers. En wanden die gemaakt zijn van karton (super gehorig) Er is op de foto’s geen afbeelding van de badkamer, duidelijk werd waarom, omdat deze zeeer smerig is en zo ouderwets dat dit eigenlijk nog geen 1 ster waardig is. En dat voor een prijs die niet mals is.

Good place for overnight stay; good value

Location Beds very comfortable

Bathroom was in need of some small repairs. Toilet was cracked. Curtain rod holder was pulling away from wall. Bathtub/shower did not drain properly.

Excellent stay!

This hotel is about 1 hour drive from Grand Canyon so i definitely recommend it to stay here if you want to visit the Canyon. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was big and spacy. There was free parking in the hotel. And the breakfast was excellent!! Anything you need to start your day full of energy!! Also they dont keep a deposit from credit card as all the other hotels we stayed in USA. That was a BIG possitive for us!!

Rooms dont have good soundproof. Thats not a problem in my eyes, but i had to mention for other travellers who may need that info. Nothing else.

It was close to the grand Railway.

All staff was very friendly.

Desk chair in need of repair. Had room key problems. One key didn’t work at all. By the second day both had to be rekeyed.

Gutes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in der Nähe des Grand Canyon

Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten bequem. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, WLAN und kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück (ab 6 Uhr) war gut. Es gab Rührei, Wurstpatties, Würstl, Bagels, Toast, Muffins, Waffeln, Säfte, Joghurt, Müsli, Milch, Tee, Kaffee, Marmelade. Frühstücksbereich mit ausreichend Plätzen.

Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Wenn man im Erdgeschoss ein Zimmer hat, hört man jeden einzelnen Schritt im Zimmer darüber. Das Bad ist sehr klein.

Bathrooms need updating for sure The bed was to soft, but that’s me There seemed to be a mildew smell to both rooms.

Dirty and moldy shower. The pool was absolutely disgusting. Shower certain nasty.

Probably won't book here again.

Convenient locations for attractions we were visiting. Breakfast was decent and included with room. Friendly staff.

Beds very uncomfortable. Not enough towels for the amount of people booked to room. Had to ask for more. If two people two sets , if three people three sets would be appropriate. Shower was very slippery.

This was a perfect stay to have to visit the Grand Canyon ,with just over 1 hour drive away.

This inn was a excellent , comfortable ,relaxing ,very quite place to stay, it had 24 hour tea and coffee room. The breakfast had a large variety of items ,milk cereals ,waffle making ,fry food, bread ,toast , bagels butter, jam as well, that was the items that we ate. It had ample parking all round the inn with security access to doors. All around the property making it easier to excess to your room. It also had indoor pool and jacuzzi. The staff was extremely helpful making this a pleasant location to stay.

just what we needed for our trip to the grand canyon.

room was comfortable and quiet and everything in the hotel was well prepared.

too many tables in the breakfast room so it was difficult to get through. refrigerator in the room was not plugged in and it smelled bad.

Great choice for the price.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. Also super clean. Great customer service.

The bathrooms are a little tight and the shower heads were a little low.

it was our first time at a comfort inn so we were happily surprised with how awesome it was!

loved how accommodating the staff was! also very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was great. we loved the coffee and hot chocolate room! we don’t drink coffee so we really appreciated the hot chocolate! thanks for a great stay!

would’ve loved a fitness room, but the staff was accommodating with the pool hours. this was a game changer and I would suggest just changing the pool hours. since the majority of guests go to the Grand Canyon, by the time you come home and eat dinner, it is late and so extending the pool hours is necessary. that was one of our favorite parts of our experience. we love swimming and jacuzzing. I also appreciated them letting me swim early morning for my workout since they didn’t have a fitness room. we will be back!

Comfort inn williams az.

Beds were comfortable and showers were great. Staff was friendly.

The pool area was very cold to sit and watch your children. Not enough lighting in by the corner table. There was lots of room but not enough counter type space to put things you use.

We had a great time and it was very close to the train depot, town and Safeway

The staff was amazing, friendly and accomodating. The Hotel was clean, met all our needs and we would Definietly stay with Comfort Inn again.

The driveway was a bit slippery with the ice and snow and could/should be maintained more for safety under certain weather condtions.

a convenient comfortable place if traveling to the Grand Canyon or going east-west on I-80

helpful, friendly staff good breakfast convenient stopover location on our way north to the Grand Canyon. It took just 1.5 hours to the national park once leaving the hotel.
